It was another one of those mornings, where Suki woke up at the sound of her alarm. Truth be told, she didn't want to wake up like this, she just had to use an alarm so that she wouldn't be late to do her tasks. She'd rather prefer a nice, shiny morning waking her up on her own, without any eerie sounds to wake her up. Instead, the moment she opens her eyes, the first things she would hear are the birds outside her window. But noo. Instead, here she is right now trying to turn off her darn broken alarm clock. Once she managed to shut it down, she went to her bathroom to brush her teeth and change her clothes.

Coming out of her apartment, she stretched herself first before eyeing the surrounding. A childish smile flashed in her face as she saw the blanket of snow covering up the whole surrounding. Through her body, she wore a black shirt and guy pants, which was also black, and a matching long, blue coat with white fluffs on the ends of the sleeve to add more heat. Skipping merrily, she seem to have forgotten that she had skates. Realizing that she was hungry, she stopped by at the usual cafe near ner favorite building to grab a chocolate latte. When her order came, she took a sip before taking out her PDA and saying good morning to Satoshi. Satoshi smiled and a speech bubble appeared. A sweet smile appeared in her face as she looked at her surroundings again, waiting for something to happen on this nice, cold day.

Kicking at the snow with her vintage combat boots, Adalia grinned at the way it flew up and dusted the ground once more each step. She had left her plushies at home, not using them near as often as she'd used to since she'd talked to Dean, and was happy to be out and about in the beautiful weather. Pulling the borrowed coat from her brother tighter around her, she frowned at how the weather had gone from pleasant to chilly. Sighing as she tugged at the baggy pants she was now wearing, she hoped she didn't run into any cute guys. Decked out in the over large jacket that she'd nabbed from Fiach, the baggy pants, and the heavy, black sweater, she wasn't quite as cute as she felt she was in the halter and skirt.

Absorbed in watching the snow kick up and the way her warm breath turned to white puff balls, she didn't notice how quickly she'd come to the cafe she'd intended to stop at. Grinning with glee at arriving so fast, she opened the door and happily stomped in. A nice warm drink was just what she needed on a cold day like today.

Stepping up to the counter, she flashed her cutest smile at the male cashier before placing an order for a venti hot chocolate. Wrapping her hands around it to warm them up and closing her eyes in contentment at the first sip. Nodding to let him know it was perfect, she left him a tip before glancing around the shop.

Spotting someone talking to their PDA, she cocked her head to one side in silent question, quickly deciding to head their way. Giving a small wave as she approached the girl, she glanced at the PDA before letting her face light up with a brilliant smile.

"Hi there, my name's Adalia!" Glancing at the empty seat at the table, she tilted her head once more, "Mind if I sit with you?" Giggling a little, she was amused at how forward she was acting. Mostly she was just interested in why the girl was talking to her PDA. Adalia always liked to know what everyone was up to, especially if it concerned the Hackers.

Suki was still eyeing the surrounding when a stranger appeared in her table, waving at her and smiling. Suki raised one eyebrow as she thought, "Do I know her?" Still in mind that she doesn't know the girl, she nodded when the girl, who introduced herself as Adalia, asked permission to sit with her. Suki and Satoshi loves meeting new people, anyway. Suki noticed that she seemed to giggle a lot, so she thought positive. "It'd be great to meet someone who acts as hyper as Violettta..." she thought. Taking another sip of her latte, she signalled a gesture to Satoshi to wait for a while before speaking to Adalia. "So," she said, "Not being rude, but why were you suddenly interested in sitting with me?" Smiling a little, she can't help but think that not a lot of people befriends her, unless she starts it first.

Grinning at the question, Adalia's eyes flicked towards the PDA before she settled on a more subtle route. While she wanted to flat out ask just what the girl had been talking to, the girl's response to her seemed to indicate she was not quite used to having people approach her. The grin quickly settled into an amused smile as she gave a small shrug, setting her drink down before removing her coat and folding it neatly over the chair. Settling herself into the chair with a relaxed posture, she sipped her hot chocolate and murred in delight before finally responding to the question proffered in a more verbal manner.

Peering at the girl over her hot chocolate, she giggled to lessen the effect of her words, "You know, I've heard its polite to give your name after someone introduces themselves to you." Delightedly sipping her drink again, she gave a small laugh, "Is it so wrong I decided to approach you to talk? Its how you make friends - by picking someone out and taking a chance, after all!" Nodding as if in thought, she threw another friendly smile in the girl's direction, patiently awaiting her name. Willing to abide her time until either the girl told her what she'd been talking to, or she felt it all right to just flat out ask.

This whole patience when dealing with people gig was a lot harder than she'd originally thought.

Suki watched as Adalia took a sip of her chocolate before removing her coat and settling it down on a chair. She then, positioned herself in a relaxed posture before taking another sip of her chocolate and smiled. "How can she relax like that this temperature?" she thought, clinging to her own coat, "For me, I'd prefer sitting down here with all the warmth I can get from my own body heat, taking hot chocolate to add more heat, rather than to face the cold temperature and regretting it in the end..."

Her thoughts were interrupted when Adalia spoke again, telling her that it's polite to say her name first. Blushing slightly, she realized that she forgot to even mention her name. "Oh," she said, "I'm sorry. My name's Suki." Shrugging, she thought of what else she could say. "Err, I guess you're right. How rude of me." continued Suki, scratching the back of her head and sticking out a tongue, "Well, it would be nice to chat with somebody once in a while. I'll be glad to be your friend." Suki smiled and held out her hand, in a form of welcome for her new found friend.

Raising an eyebrow at the girl's odd nature, she laughed outright as a tongue was flicked in her direction. Thrusting her own out in response, she happily accepted the hand and gave it a firm shake before returning her hands to the sides of her hot chocolate. The cafe was warm, but her hands were still a bit chilly from the walk. Using the heat of the cup to warm them up, she enjoyed each small sip, relishing in making the hot cocoa last as long as she might. Tilting her head, she smiled, "Suki is a lovely name!"

Pulling out the ice-y looking Blackberry she'd recently purchased, she set it on the table before ensuring it was on vibrate mode. It would be rude to have her phone suddenly ring mid conversation, but she also didn't want to miss a phone call. Besides, if the girl did have a hacker as she suspected...Li'tae could use the internet her Blackberry had and meet the new hacker that way. There was more than enough room in the memory for them both, anyway, should the other hacker choose to visit on her phone. Double checking that Li'tae wasn't on the screen and behaving obvious, she returned her attention to Suki with a smile.

"So what do you like to do for fun?" If they were going to become friends, she might as well make small talk and find out about the person. Shrugging a little as she settled back in her chair, she stretched her feet out from under one side of the table before taking another small sip of the cocoa.

Suki heard Adalia laugh before taking her hand and giving it a shake. After which, she took her latte and drank from it, trying to give warmth to her cold body. Adalia seemed to enjoy every sip of her cocoa, and so does she. Drinking hot drinks in the morning before doing stuff had become her daily habit, after her encounter of a hacker. Before she met Satoshi, her life was boring and regular, until she finally decided to change her ways and go to the other side, where she was able to encounter a building selling an unusual product, which changed her life until now.

Shaking her head as she woke up from her thoughts, she saw Adalia take out her blackberry. "Geez, I really need to get myself one of those someday..." she thought. Putting down the blackberry on the table, she guessed that she didn't want to miss any calls. Instantly, she remembered that Satoshi was still on screen, and checked her PDA. There, a speech bubble containing two letter Z's, one big and one small, to indicate that Satoshi was sleeping. Breathing a sigh of relief, she turned her attention back to Adalia, and spoke. "Well, mostly I do homework, but I also have lots of part-time jobs in different corners of the city. With that, I meet lots of people, but only for a short period of time." she stopped for a second to catch her breath, and continued, "When I have free time, I also wear my skates and skate around town."

Smiling brightly, she managed to get the guts to tell her, regardless of the fact that she might get creeped out. "Skating is fun for me, and it is very important." she said, "That's because it's the reason of my jolliness right now. Using my skates, I was able to find a nice friend who will like me for who I am." Tapping her PDA screen to wake Satoshi up, she smiled at him when he did so, and showed the screen to Adalia. "This is what I'm talking about. These are called hackers, see?" Closing her eyes and hoping that she wouldn't freak, she held her screen up to her face and waited for a response.

Nodding politely to Suki's story, Adalia wondered at how the girl could behave as if it was unusual for people to approach her, when she skated around town and spoke to people for the fair share of a day. Just barely shrugging, she mentally filed the information away. Tilting her head about the numerous part time jobs, she couldn't help but have to inquire into it. She only had the one job herself, though she'd had a couple of offers. .NET Hackers was a steady job, and she didn't have too many bills to worry about anyway.

Opening her mouth to ask just what sort of jobs Suki did, she quickly closed it as the PDA screen was held up for her to view. Catching sight of the adult hacker sitting therein, a soft smile touched Adalia's lips. So I was right, Suki was talking to a hacker earlier! Momentarily thinking about playing along as if she knew nothing of hackers, she frowned as Suki's eyes closed, as if she were fearful of what Adalia's response might be.

Picking up her Blackberry, she tapped a couple of keys to get Li'tae to show up. Sliding her Blackberry across the table with a smirk, she laughed, "You can open your eyes, silly. There's nothing scary that's going to happen!" Nodding towards the Blackberry on the table in front of Suki she grinned, "I have a Hacker, too!" Deciding not to reveal that she was Fiach's little sister just yet, she smiled and left it at that.

Delighted, she opened her eyes to see that Adalia was sliding her blackberry to show her that she herself owns a Hacker too. There, in her screen was a hacker that seemed to be a lot bigger than hers. Breathing a sigh of releif, she took back her PDA and smiled at Satoshi, eyes glimmering from the thought of Satoshi finding a new friend too. Once more, she looked at the hacker on Adalia's screen, and flashed a big smile at Adalia. She can't believe that she would find another person who has a Hacker too. "What are the odds?" she thought, taking one last look at Satoshi before settling it down on the table next to Adalia's blackberry.

"So," said Suki, still grinning, "You have a Hacker too, what coincidence!" Suki laid her back on the chair, taking a sip of her latte, which seemed to be getting colder. "Truth be told, for a second there I was afraid of your response." she said, "But, assuming that you have your own, then you must know the person who gave it to me: Fiach!" Suki smiled back again, before sipping her latte and waiting for her response.

Entertained by the girl's reaction to her Li'tae, she merely shrugged. He wasn't that impressive, by any standards. In fact, he was usually an aggravating pest, though she had to admit...he had calmed down quite a bit recently. Cocking her head to one side, she raised an eyebrow before inquiring, "Why would you be afraid of my response?" As far as most people might recognize, Hackers were just 'advanced' tomagotchis. So long as you didn't over enthusiastically mutter at them, most people just chalked it up as "the latest gaming craze".

Smiling she introduced her hacker to Suki and her own, "His name is Li'tae, he's an elder Hacker." Nodding slowly at Suki's assumption that she knew Fiach, a mischievous smile touched her lips as she merely said, "I've met him once or twice." Adalia was a bit curious what Suki would say or do if she said that she helped run the shop and that Fiach was her brother, but at the same time...she was enjoying things as they were. It was amusing, at the least, and she could always pump Suki for information on her brother. See what he was up to when she wasn't around. Maybe that would help her figure him out.

Grinning, she asked in as excited a voice as she could manage, "What did you think of him?" Trying to act as if her interest in him weren't a sister's concern for her brother, but rather a high school girl's attitude over a crush, her eyes lit up and she leaned forward in a conspiratorial manner. Snickering a little at how silly she looked, though she hoped the other girl might think of it as a hushed giggle.

The smile in her face fading a little, she was glad that she can relate to whatever she was saying. Suki saw Adalia raise an eyebrow and ask her why she would be afraid of her response. "Well," she said, "I didn't know that. Honestly speaking, I do meet lots of people and talk to different ones, but I never spoke about it to anyone yet. I was afraid that they would think of me as a creep who plays with an animated image."

With Adalia introducing her hackerto her, which was named Li'tae, she thought of doing the same. "His name is Satoshi." she said, as Satoshi sent out a speech bubble containing a Hi, "He's only an adult, though. Suki saw Satoshi yawn, at the same time, Adalia was smiling mischievously. Her mischievous smile turned to a grin as she asked what she thinks of Fiach. A little suspicious, she tried to remember her times with Fiach, "Well," she said, "He's a nice guy, I'm sure of that. Plus, he was also patient with me." Noticing that Adalia was snickering, she decided not to mind it and continued. " I remember the time when I first saw him. He was really kind to me. Plus he was also kind to-" she stopped short at that sentence, remembering the details of her memory. Raising her eyebrows, eyes fixed on Adalia, "His little sister...sleeping at his office."

Setting her cocoa down as she covered her mouth with a single hand, Adalia giggled at Suki's comment. The girl sitting across from her was entertaining, though she had yet to figure out if it was done on purpose or by accident. Tilting her head curiously, she grinned as she replaced her hands on the cup of cocoa, "Isn't that what people do when they play video games? And that's a huge craze, no one is thought of as a creep for that." Pausing momentarily, her lips quirked into a semblance of a smirk as she added almost as an afterthought, "Well. So long as they don't spend all their time gaming, that is. If they let life slip away while they play their games, that would make them kind of creepy, wouldn't it?"

Shrugging as she took another sip of her drink, she leaned forward again in interest as Suki began to talk once more. Waving politely with one hand in Satoshi's direction, before turning her attention back to the girl across from her. Slowly nodding at what was said, she smiled softly. Pleased that her brother seemed to be sort of getting over his problems with dealing people. A sheepish grin and a light blush touching her face as Suki added the comment about her sleeping at the office. So that had been the day that she'd come in! Ducking her head a little, Adalia laughed, "I guess you figured it out that I'm his little sister, then, didn't you?"

Smiling, Suki took a sip or two of her latte as she watched Adalia giggle at her. "Yeah, creepy." said Suki, "Well, truth be told, I myself is pretty...addicted, as you would call it, to video games. But I'm not like a crazy guy facing his playstation all day, like it was the only thing in the world. Let alone pizza." Suki laughed a little before taking another sip of her latte. Still thinking of their conversation, she said to herself, "Why do I know all of this? Is this because I do it all the time?" Chuckling, she thought it was true, and took another sip of her latte.

Realizing that she saw Adalia before, she put down her cup to look at her. "She IS the one sleeping in Fiach's office!" she thought, "Now I remember." Seeing Adalia duck her head and blushing, Suki chuckled a little before taking a sip of her latte once more. "Yeah. I only figured that out minutes ago." she said, "But why didn't you tell me earlier?" Sipping her drink, her eye caught Satoshi as he did his daily habit, chasing the tube-like cord on his back, and giggled, waiting for Adalia to respond.

Tilting her head in curiosity at the way the girl spoke, Adalia realized she was curious as to whether the girl spoke English as her second language or not. And what her first might be, if English was the second. Not one to dilly dally when she had a question to ask, at the first opportunity that presented itself, Adalia quickly interjected, "Is English your first language?" Shrugging a little as if this were the sort of every day question you'd get, she grinned as Suki only just had it click that Fiach was her older brother.

Taking another sip of her hot cocoa, regretting that she'd allowed it to grow lukewarm rather than piping hot, her shoulders raised in a small shrug. Glancing at her blackberry to see what Li'tae was up to, and finding him curiously missing from her screen once more she laughed as she met Suki's eyes, "I didn't think it was vital to the conversation for you to know who my relative is."

Raising an eyebrow at Suki's giggles, she too, glanced down at the PDA and caught Satoshi chasing the tube on his back. Briefly wondering if there was something missing from his core program, she pocketed her blackberry and returned her attention to Suki.
