Well, let's hear it. 4laugh It's about TIME we get this guild its very own Fan Sountrack (FST) don't you guys agree? To make it even better, the mods and I have decided to leave the option up to you guys as to what songs you want to see on the two-disc collection. That's right!TWO.

Disc 2: Post-timeskip!SasuSaku
BRINGING YOU BACK
Read on. heart RULES:(make sure to read everything! ultimately, the mods and I will decide which songs will become part of the collection)+There are two discs- a pre-timeskip and a post-timeskip. You may only suggest one song and let us know if it is either for the pre-timeskip or the post-timeskip collection. All you guys have to do is make a post with your song title, author name, and your select lyrics from the song. Describe the relevance of those lyrics to SasuSaku. (Also stress if it is in Sasuke's point of view or Sakura's). +THEMES: (choose songs that fit these themes) 1) Pre-timeskip: "learning to love"2) Post-timeskip: "bringing you back"+The mods and I have already started out the collections by putting up some songs. As you can see, there is a certain timeline that we will have to follow. Generally some important events such as the forest of death and the goodbye scene will be addressed. (However the goodbye scene has already been taken care of in the first CD, so you guys will have to grab the other sasusaku moments- small or big, it doesn't matter.) The songs will be put in chronological order based on what sasusaku moment you think the song emphasizes. +Maximum two songs per SasuSaku moment. (For example: You can have a sasusaku moment given in two perspectives- Sakura's version of it and Sasuke's. A song for each.) +The second CD is a bit different as we haven't had as many moments. Thus we can also branch off and choose songs that illustrate the "maybe" and "in the future" of sasusaku. +++++This FST should be completed around January 7th so that we have time to find the songs and put the collections together. Yay~ I think this might fit best after the time-skip, from Sakura's POV. But there's not really a specific moment, that I can think of, that this would fit into. Basicly, I chose this song just 'cause it screams 'Sasuke' to me. ^^; Why by Ayaka Your inner eye has clouded over so much that it's impossible for you to see. Does any emotion still reside within the depths of your heart? Having the entire world at your fingertips, Is that what you consider happiness? Why? Why do look up into the lonely heavens? Why? I suggest "Concrete Angel" by Martina McBride. It just reminds me a little of what Sakura struggled with pre-timeskip. I'm sure that this can both ways in terms of point of view.

I didn't have the time to explain this one so, so I'll continue.
Personally, I think this song is a slightly morbid representation of Sakura's feelings. At the first stanza, I kind of thought that it was more suited to be in Sakura's point of view because of the last line, "... obediently waited for you," for obvious reasons.
I actually really like the first line, "You and I have dangerous relations." Because if one had to sum up their whole relationship in a short sentence, that would be it. Most of their "romantic" interactions so far, have just been full of angst. More so on Sakura's part. I can't even imagine how much inner-angst Sasuke's going through internally. heart
I also like the last line "True love's purity ends like this"... D;
I was going to explain this, but my brain just died and got distracted when I was listening to the Enchanted soundtrack. Fiddlesticks.
I was able to find an alternate translation for:
