Scarlet had wandered off days ago and his other two companions were making themselves at home elsewhere. It was of no bother to him either way should they leave him behind or start things without him. He would be there anyway. After they'd all used the place up to their fill he would be there to 'clean up' as it were.
He was content to wander about in their wake alone until they either came looking for him or he crossed their paths again. Weiss would return eventually. He always did if for no other reason than to ruin the air with his voice.

He couldn't get over the odd feeling that was lingering in the air. It had been there since he'd last crossed paths with Crowley and it just hadn't gone away... No matter how much he would have liked it to. His nose wrinkled as he continued on through the forest, ears swiveling as he listened to the sounds. It was... Far too quiet.

The forest had fallen silent the moment he'd set foot into it. It was something he was used to and had started to enjoy. It was easier to hear things when the little creatures thought they were hiding.
He could hear something moving and a smirk crossed his lips as he felt a familiar presence in the forest. Heading in that direction his smirk widened as he saw a white backside and gold tail that he knew far too well.

His ears flickered as he paused, trying to figure out what it was that had made everything so quiet. He didn't like it at all... Or the feeling that went along with it. It wasn't the cold... Not even the cold made things this bad.

He shifted slightly. Just enough that the cloak draped over his shoulders shifted the leaf litter around his feet. He could tell Aziraphale knew he was there but the other stallion was most likely trying to pretend he wasn't there. Common affliction that he still found laughable.

"Crowley... This isn't amusing." He huffed as he held his head high, hoping that the other would stop playing games. The forest was too quiet for little games like this.

He almost laughed as the other stallion called out for his friend, almost. Instead he waited. He was used to it and he had all the time in the world for the white one to notice he wasn't far behind him.

He tossed his head, trying once more to shake off the strange feeling as he waited for the other to appear. When he didn't his brow furrowed, turning to see if he could spot the black and silver stallion. "Cro--" He paused, swallowing hard as he caught sight of the robed figure. "You... Certainly aren't Crowley."

He smirked as the wing painted one finally noticed him. No he certainly wasn't Crowley. He would not wish to be Crowley either. The black stallion never appreciated what he'd been given enough. He would take it from him one day.

"You..." He backed away slowly, nearly jumping out of his pale skin as he bumped into a tree. This was not good... Not good at all. He knew well enough that He tended to be everywhere but if he was here then there was trouble.

He took a few steps closer to the other stallion and tried to keep the smirk off his face. It never did look good and even though he did enjoy it when the pale one ran off he didn't want him to run just yet.
No, he wanted the gravity of the situation to sink in fully before Az went running off to the scaley one.

"No, no, no... This isn't right at all. You're not supposed to be here." He mumbled, not entirely sure if he was talking to the nameless creature or if he was talking to himself. It could have been either, actually. He was quite certain that if the other was here then he himself shouldn't be anywhere around... He should be in a completely different direction... Warning someone.

He smirked, translucent muscles shifting around his skeleton, at the white stallions slight panic. The flighty one must know what it meant if he was here. It would mean the others were too and that the others were far ahead of him. He was always late to the parties after all.

His breath hitched and, for a moment, he thought that he wouldn't be able to breathe again... And then he was able to exhale. The second his breath escaped him he turned and took off full gallop. It wasn't that he was afraid for himself... No, of course not... It was that there were others to warn; starting with Crowley.
