My opinion: I like the choice. Summit is doing a good job in their casting so far. For those of you who want better known people, remember this, sometimes it comes down to how much they have to spend for casting. And the better known you are, the more you can ask for.

Actually. I'm okay with the choice for Edward. Robert is a pretty good actor and I think he'll play the part well. Plus, I think his looks will help out a bit too :]

In my opinion, I think he has a very Edward-ian look about him. I can't really make up my mind about him. I'll have to see how he acts to make up my mind. I'm just worried about all the Harry Potter fans. neutral

Ugh. I'm not happy with the choice. I think they could've found somebody better. Oh well, he was a pretty good actor in the Harry Potter movies.
I keep calling Edward Edwin now.
Edwin is my boyfriend's name =P

Personally, I'm a big fan of Harry potter, and i am very happy about the choice! I've wanted him to play Edward for a while now.
