Well, if it's just the Disgaea games, I'd have to go with King of Beasts, it was just so well done personally, I would have invisioned a technique like that being the top tier ability... Big Bang was a let down on the first game.
If we're including their other games, I believe I'd have to go with Coup de Grace from La Pucelle. Need I say more? That's gotta hurt, it's no wonder the esteemed father is... so durable. He's been kicked alot of times with how she seems to greet him.

Zielgen and Shooting Stars looked pretty good to me. Well, Shooting Stars didn't really look like stars, maybe glowing orbs? And well I like most archer skills so I just picked the skill I used on them most recently. xd But yeah, shooting stars had a lot of glowing and uh... yeah.. lol

I like using Laharl's nightserver the most because it's quick and effective.
