Well your probably wondering why I hate Kaitlyn,
and no, she didn't steal my iPod or anything like that (XDDDD)
But she got sick,
and then she had a sleepover with Michelle,
who in turn got sick,
and then I hung out with Michelle,
and also got sick,
and then I hung out with Hailey,
who got sick,
who hung out with Antonio,
and got sick,
who hung out with Kayla,
who got sick (Bwahaha!),
who hung out with Craig,
who got sick,
who hung out with Sammy, Rachael, and Rosie,
who got sick,
who hung out with Bethany,
who got sick,
who hung out with Alex and Jordannah,
who got sick.
So now I can't hang out with Jordannah and do our Science project due Tuesday,
and I can't hang out with Sammy, Rosie, Rachael, Alex, and Bethany to do my French porject, due Friday.
So now I'm coughing to the point of throwing-up AND TO TOP THAT OFF, I'm having my period.
And guess what?
THIS IS ONLY MY SECOND ONE!
Geez, it couldn't have waited a week or two.

Uh... here are some interesting period facts:
Girls who are close friends in RL often get their periods at the same time. No one knows for sure why, but some people say it is because of the odor your period gives off before you have it (Uh.. smelliness equals bad)
Some people use tampons to stop nose bleeds (especially if they are part of a sport)

xD That "odor" is more commonly known as pheromones. Everyone gives off pheromones at every time of the day; most of the time, you just don't know about it. When you have sex, and your v****a begins to give off a [for some girls] musky scent, that's a pheromone. It's basically telling your mate that you're aroused, and it's supposed to in turn arouse your mate. I suspect the same thing happens with menstrual cycles - the pheromones in a girl's body can awaken the pheromones in another girl's body, which could start her period.
For cramps: heating pads will do wonders. If they're really bad, ibuprofen or something like that will help, but keep taking them every six [or whatever] hours. Don't wait until you can feel the pain to take them, because then it takes longer for them to kick in. Position was a big part of it for me - sitting used to make my back positively throb, but laying down was better. If it gets too bad, maybe the doctor can give you tylenol 3 or birth control. Also, what you use during your cycle has a big effect. I strongly suggest menstrual cups or cloth pads. A lot of girls who do not use disposable items report less cramping and shorter periods, myself included. My cramps pretty much vanished when I got a menstrual cup.

I'm sorry top hear that!! that must make you feel so horrible!! I know that my first couple periods were really bad. I'm on my 4th (I think) now and they are much better.
ummm, well I guess you should like try to e-mail or talk on the phone to your friends and try to get as much of the project done as possible and then tell your teachers that all your partners are sick so you can't really be around them to do the project and see if you and your teachers can set a new due date for after your partners are better.
