Place of birth:
THE VILLAGE HIDDEN IN THE STARS In the cleft of the Horned Mountain, between the lands of fire and lightening, a tiny village clings to existence just below the snowline. Inhabited by simple people, the village is something of a mystery. They do not welcome outsiders, and rarely journey beyond their lofty home, and since they have never posed a threat to anyone they are, for the most part, simply left alone. All that, however, is about to change.
For generations the Village Hidden in the Stars trained its own Shinobi in isolation from the other hidden villages, developing strange, eerie jutsus based on light, ice and cold logic, unknown to any but those born there. It was unheard of for them to participate in the exams set for the Ninjas of the other great villages - until this year.
The village is a quiet, spiritual community. They have unrivalled expertise in yak-herding and philosophy. Sometimes outsiders come to the village, and someitmes those who live their leave, but those who do leave never speak of that place, or at least not at any length.
The people there live close to the edge, among the stars. It is said they never turn their eyes to the lowlands stretched out below them, only upwards to the heights of the Horned Mountain, and the heavens beyond, which even their great climbers cannot scale. They eat mainly Yaks, Yaks milk and butter, and a few things that can be brought up the mountain, in trade from those living on its warmer, lower slopes. They live in long, wooden houses insulated with animal hides and furs.

Bio: Part #1:
THE LEGEND OF THE QUEEN OF THE STARS There is an old tale among the women of the star village, that once, when the world was young, the seed of the sky fell in the womb of the earth and many things were born. But the seed that fell on the high peaks was frozen, and fell in fine snow crystals, which vanished as they fell, melting into nothing. Only one, single snowflake found its way to the womb of the earth. And so, while of all the other races of men and beasts there are many, of many sorts and breeds and colours and races, there was only ever one Star Queen - one being of light.
So refined was the essence of the Star Queen, according to the tale, that she could endure neither the glare of the sun nor the hard, cold light of the moon. Only in starlight could she walk the earth. She journeyed throughout the lands, and where she trod, there a good thing would happen; where she stood for some time, a great deed would be performed; and where she lay down to sleep, on that spot a hero would be born.
Everything she touched became pure, and eternal. If she laid her hand on a leaf, that leaf would be forever frozen, perfectly, and forever. If she touched a blade, that blade would never break in battle. If she put one finger on the brow of a newly born baby, that child would live to be a thousand years old, and would travel always with light in his heart.
The end of this tale is the end of all tales. The end is death. There are many versions of the story, told many ways, but they all end with the same thing. The star queen died, and as she died shed nineteen tears, which rose into the heavens to become the constalation that bears her name, and which can only be seen from the temple at the pinnacle of the Horned Mountain, which almost touches heaven itself.
But there is another story. And this story says that eveything that happens, happens again, forever. Every spring happens again, every summer and winter, every day of ever year, every battle, every birth and death, again and again in different forms. There is nothing new, says the story. And together, these stories say that the star queen will happen again.
Now, many believe that she has.

Bio:Part #2:
The Circumstances of her Birth There was a Shinobi from the land of Earth, who travelled to the Horned Mountain to look for the village hidden in the stars and seek its wisdom, its secret Jutsus and its knowledge of chakra-lore. Her name is unknown, and, perhaps, unimportant. She climbed the foot of the mountain, but could find no guide willing to take her higher, or not fro the gold she could offer. So she began the climb alone, and was soon in great difficulty in the freezing heights.
An old Yak herder found her, freezing and shivering on the edge of a great crevasse, her lips locked tight with frost. The herder was a woman, named Skora, and it was fortunate that she was a woman, for in the circumstances it would have gone hard for any man who found her thin, half-dead form. She recognised the frozen figure as a Shinobi, and saw that she was not of the village, but being good hearted took her back to her tent and warmed her, and gave her food and stiff tea. She told no-one, for she believed that this was a spy, and would be executed if the Ninja of the Star Village found out about her.

Ice style: perfect snowflake no jutsu[u]Ice style: razor snowflake blizzard[u/]: Creating snowflakes from her own tears, Aliss sends a blinding, slashing whirlwind of them towards the foe, causing massive damage.
