i always ask other HIM fans how they found/got into HIM...so How did you find/get into them?????
i stumbled on one of there songs sigillium diaboli on a random site and thought it was amazing and wanted to see the band behind it so then i went to thier site and fell in love with em...so i orderd all the cd's and listend to them everyday.... that was way back in 2001..... xd

I stoped listening to music for a while and my best freind said his favorite band was HIM. so he lets me borrow Greaest Love Songs: vol. 666 and it was over. i found my fav band.

THats kinda what happened to me. I got so sick of some of the stuff I used to listen to so I just gave it up. Thankfully my brother was into HIM

One of my internet friends made a video with one of their songs on youtube, and I listened to it, and I liked it. So, maybe a month later I went to see more of their songs, and I found "Join me in Death" which I love and "Wicked Game" which is a cover song I also really like. The first song by them I heard was "Funeral of Hearts" which on a bulletin on youtube you were asked to tell how you felt listening to the song. I wasn't really intrested but I liked them. Now, they're one of my favourite bands. ^^

that's what happend to one of my friends he pretty much gave up on all the bands he was listening to and his sister got him in to HIM

A friend of mine introduced me to them. She played me some songs off Love Metal, and I was like, "Hey, this is pretty good."
I basically became addicted.

I found them by accident. I was on a site and i saw a pic of Ville Valo and then i searched some songs and got into them. Now i love them so much.

Friend had a burnt CD with various songs
one was the wicked game cover, I fell in love with the voice
so I looked up the band. The rest, you can say, is history

On my ipod, i found Rip off the wings of a butterfly, and i didn't put it on there so i never listened to it. Then i was like its there i'll listen to it. His voice put me in a trance and i fell in love with their music. I've been hooked ever since, that was like 3 years ago.

When I first listened to Join Me In Death, it got stuck in my head so I went to the website and listened to other songs and got hooked!

We were on our way to Arizona and my brother had a HIM cd...I remember the first song I listened to was It's All Tears...Ville's voice is godly in that song!

o way back in the day when i went to stay in Helsinki with my aunt! she liked them...so i put on deep shdows and brilliant highlights and fell in love wit em! lol

I was watching Saturday Rock The Deuce and it was wiL Francis' playlist that night and he had "Kiss of Dawn" on there, i'm thinking "Wow, the video's awesome, the music is awesome, I love it." Then I heard "Join Me In Death" on the Digital Music Channel one day not oo long after, and that's when I was completely blown away by HIM.
