So I've been browsing around on Gunbroker and various other websites looking at firearms, I looked up the Vz. 82 and all of the firearms listed are $250+. I remember seeing some go for $120 a year ago.
So, any explanition for the sudden price increase? Was I just looking at drastically cheap firearms?

All the usual reasons why all gun prices escalate.
The profits go to offset any price increases the dealer faces. And dealers have to jump through a lot more hoops these days.
I'm sure the wholesale prices have creeped up as well. Add a shrinking inventory to select from, and there you have the basic reasons.
Add a variable such as high demand for a given model of gun and the price increases explode.
