Mika is an amazing vocalist - he has a vocal range of seven octaves.
Claudio Sanchez of Coheed and Cambria also has a huge vocal range.
Bryce Avary has a beautiful voice, ranging from highs to mid-range vocals.
But Elliott Smith has to be my favorite vocalist - he has such a haunting, melodious but raspy, beautiful voice.

dude that is such a vague question. there are so many styles of vocals out there. but my favorite clean vocalist is Serj Tankian because there is no other voice out there like him. My favorite Death Metal vocalist is Deicide's Glen Benton. My favorite black metal vocalist is Valfer from Windir. My favorite goregrind vocalist is Jig Ai's vocalist who I unfortunately do not know the name of.
