It's an average apartment complex on the outside, containing that singular patina of grime from existing in the city. The Landlady, a stern, but not unkind matron in her middle ages regrets that she can't afford to have the complex painted, but she takes pride in keeping everything within up to code. Monthly payments are expected on time, of course. However, she's been known to have momentary lapses of memory now and then, usually when one of her long term residents is particularly strapped for cash. So, all in all, it is a decent place to live. Lacking in fashion, but excelling in quality.

• People dropping off presents are allowed to post, but please make sure it isn't in the middle of a roleplay session.
  
• Be sure to check in with the Landlady, Hagatha, before climbing up to the apartment. She'll buzz you in, if we're home.
  
• Take your shoes off at the door. We've got shag carpet, which feels great on stockinged feet, and we don't want it to get dirty.

Name: Tahlia Mandrake
Gender: Female
Age: 32
Race: Dragonkin
Appearance: She's an eccentric Dragonkin, with wide, bright eyes the color of the morning sky, and long, straight white hair worn down, or in a loose braid. She's tall and lean, with azure scales, digitrade legs, and human hands. She has two bronze horns extending from the back of her head, and webbed ears. Her wings are small and only good for gliding. Her tail is long, and whiplike. She likes eclectic and complicated clothing in clashing colors.
Personality: As part of a minority race in Gaia, Tahlia enjoys standing out in a crowd, and dresses oddly in part to garner more attention. She's maintains a steady, and fun, job as an animator for a local game development company, and owns a decent-sized apartment in downtown Durem. She's never even remotely considered having a kid before, mostly because male Dragonkin are few and far between (and usually taken). She likes to have fun, and prefers a relaxed atmosphere to anything with a lot of tension. She avoids drama at all costs, and is a bit of a coward.
Likes: Salads, friends, that new game smell, finding someplace high to glide, stale ramen, funyuns, coming up with weird outfits, sushi, clean apartments, the finally finished with the game party.
Dislikes: DRAMA, deadlines, pressure, danger, sharp objects aimed at her, cleaning, having nothing weird enough to wear, computer glitches, forgetting to save, not being able to fly, the last week of game development.
