 A small whitish yellow colt managed to escape from the watchful eye of Zaicate whom is self-appointed 'guardian' for Xiaodan when Shimshek is not around. A tiny twinge of guilt made itsself known because Xiaodan used Zaicate's partial deafness to his advantage and slipped away. But he is the god so he can do everything he wants. His chest swells up with ego and pride as he trots toward the meadow with his wings flared out so the sun could compliment his perfect wings with its beams.
"I am the god... of the earth!" Xiaodan boomed at top of his lungs as he flutters his wings excitedly. He is about to learn how to fly very soon when his mother comes back with his brother so they could learn together. His golden eyes eyes the boulder speculatively as he thinks that he should have a head start on flying lessons. His spindly legs carries him toward the boulder and he stares at it musingly. He is still too small to jump up but it won't stop him so he tries to jump up repeatedly with his wings flailing around.

 She was learning a valuable lesson today... The lesson of freedom. She hadn't been free from her basket all that long (no more than a few days) but her parents weren't all that far behind. They were resting... Somewhere... She thought. Rest was good but she was so tired of resting. There just had to be something out there...
And then there was something. A voice... A strange voice ringing loud and clear. Her ears swiveled as she tried to catch it again and when she didn't she figured that the best way to hear it would be to call out in return. "Hallooooo."

Just as Xiaodan was about to try to jump up onto the boulder, the voice startled him and he fell down on his butt with wide eyes. "Oh man..." He grumbles as he discovered that he landed in a puddle of mud and he slowly stands up with a look of distaste on his face. "Show yourself!!" He calls out to another voice as he stays hidden behind the boulder because he thinks he doesn't have perfect appearance anymore due to the mud around his butt.
Xiaodan frantically looks around for any puddle or small pond of water so he could clean himself off. He slowly ventures away from the boulder, his eyes darting around for the source of the voice before he skitters even more farther. "Don't come here.. don't come here.." He whispers to himself as he believes that he have to look perfect all of the time.

"No! You show your self." She huffed in return. If it was something big and bad she wanted to see it before it came after her... So that she could outrun it. Then again, the voice didn't sound big or bad... It sounded little... Like her.
"Who are you?"

Xiaodan froze at the huffy voice and his eyes narrows slightly. "..... I am the god.. and I don't have to tell you my real name!" He retorts back as he finds a small puddle of clear water and promptly sat down in it then wiggled around. He could see a small brown filly in the distance and just merely sat there in the puddle, staring at her with twitching eyes. He felt like he have been caught like a deer in headlight as he suddenly stood up.
"Who are you?" He calls out while puffing his body up to make himself look more bigger and regal-like but there is nothing regal-like about water dripping down from his tail or behind. He lifts his chin up as he tries to ignore the dripping sound and looks haughty.

"You... Sound like a little foal... Not a god." She didn't even know what a god was. Every now and then her momma would talk about 'spirits' but never about any gods. "My name is..." She grinned, tilting her head high. "Zukai."

Xiaodan felt offended that he doesn't sound like a god and he stalks toward the filly, but as he gets closer.. the filly seemed to be the same size as him. "Zukai.. what kind of name is that?" He scoffs as he crinkles his muzzle up in mild distaste. "and plus.. I am a god.. god can be any shapes or size.. and I chose to take this shape and size." He nods determinedly. He knows that Zaicate or Shimshek hears or see him talk like that, he will get a sound kick to the butt.

"It's a good name, just like my Momma's and my Da's." She nodded with a slight huff in return. "You don't look like a 'god' either..." Not that she knew what one looked like. "You... Look like a foal. If you could chose your shape and size... Why would you chose to be little like that? I'd want to be biiiiiig and strooooong so I could do whatever I wanted."

"Of course you would think its a good name, simpleton." Xiaodan just merely stares at the filly before he huffs at her comments. "I am the god.. I do not have to prove myself to you! And I chose to be little so I can grow up to be big and strong then I can properly rule the earth." The colt nods determinedly as he flutters his wings. "Why should I be in hurry to be big and strong when I can enjoy being little and perfect colt for while?" He scoffs.

"Why... You're just a silly little boy." She laughed, giving her head a light toss as she began to trot a circle around him. "Just a silly little boy... Girls are better anyways, you know. They're smarter... And prettier. Much prettier."

Xiaodan feels flustered and angry because he is being blatantly disrespected right now by a GIRL. He narrows his eyes as he watches the girl trot around him. "How is girls better than boys? prettier? AS IF!" He spat the words out like they are venom as he ruffles his wings in annoyance. "I can tell you right here and right now that I am more handsome and smarter than you.. and all of those nasty girls." He shudders at the thought of getting 'cooties' or coming close to any girls.

Xiaodan almost fell down flat on his face at her question and he snaps his wings irratiably. "Of course not, when are you going to learn? I am the perfect colt and you... well.." He just merely stares at her blankly. "There is no words to describe how ugly you are." He gave her an insolent glare as he turns his head away from her, almost like he couldn't stand looking at her anymore.

"Nobody's perfect... Specially not you." She snorted softly, holding her head just as high. She wasn't about to let some silly little colt tell her things like that. "Ugly? No I'm not. Momma says I'm perfect and Daddy agrees... I bet you're just jealous that you'll never be as pretty as I am because you're a boy."

"I would have to correct you on that one, Zukai." Xiaodan huffs as he glares at the annoying female. "My mother.. and my siblings along with me are perfect... the most perfect soquilis on this earth, and nobody.. I mean NOBODY is going to tell us the opposite like you just did right now." He tries to hide the fact that Zukai just knocked his ego down few pegs. Xiaodan just merely bursts out laughing at the filly. "Of course they will say that.. they are YOUR parents.. they think every offspring they produce is perfect to them.. even if one of them are severely disformed." He sneers at her before his eyes went wide with defiance. "Jealous? me... hardly! I don't have to be jealous of a girl.. they are lesser race than boys!"
