These are the woods that border the territorries around Durem. They are located on the wild fringes just northwest of Barton Town, about a day's travel away if on foot. The Empire occasionally uses this area for training sorties. The forest here is thick, and large feral creatures are known to inhabit it's depths. Large rolling hills make up most of the landscape, with the taller of them breaking into rock crowns. The underground river that flows into Bass'Ken lake has carved out an intricate cave system that occassionaly gives an opening to the surface.

2 days since the skirmish in Akea: Nokomi Nokomi laughed heartily in her tent. She'd rationed out the supplies they'd bought in Akea to her troops. Earlier in the day, they'd managed to bring down a few deer and a large boar in the woodlands that lay on the far reaches of the Empire's territory. The huddle of tents that served as Nokomi's camp were amok with goblins, well over fifty greenskinned warriors. The perimiter was bristled with wooden poles, made pointed at the ends. The pathways to enter into the camp are narrow and winding so as to bottleneck intruders She conversed with Blix. It wasn't so much that she liked him, rather that she respected his uncommon bravery on the battlefield. However, she wouldn't think twice about using him as a shield if the need arose. The two jabbered on about random topics over cuts of wild meat and deep wineskins. Shinigani Substitute "DAMMIT!" shouted Mika, coming out of Nokomi's camp, "I, a Soul Minder for the Empire, has no healers to accompany! Such laziness! Argh! I need healers ASAP! How are we going to beat the Republic when we have no healers?! GGGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH-" She screamed like that for around 5 minutes. She chugged down her coffee and wipped her mouth. Nokomi Nokomi, now somewhat innebrieated, walked out of her tent to see what all the screaming was about. She was used to the constant din of the goblins, but this noise was different. This noise was, Human? "Soul Minderz...you want,...healer?", Nokomi was more difficult to understand than usual, due to the wine. "We beat enemy...With Strength!", the barbarian woman proclaimed, stumbling a little. sorry for the movement, again...

She looked at the barbarian, her fangs protruded as she yelled, thanks to the coffee, "You know that how many casulties we get?! Healers are important to the sake of armies! With healers and according to my brilliance and precise calculations, our death rate will be decreased from 1000 per war to 250 per war! But since I'm the only healer for the Empire right now! That means we'll have to order body bags! Then my paperwork would be completely loaded and all the blame goes on me!"
Mika grabbed the barbarian by the neck with astonishing strength, "You're with the Empire right?! You help me find some healers! Got it?!

Nokomi's reaction was slow, and the vampire managed to get a hand on her. Nokomi barely noticed though. Instead , she wrenched Mika's hand away with little effort. She was insulted by the rude little git, and a drunk, insulted barbarian is not a good thing to be around.

"No...Touchee!", Nokomi burped, she then swung a discoordinated fist at the vampiric healer.
(by the way, shouldn't she be inside during the day? How about you got a heavy cloak on, with an enchanted veil? or something to that nature.)

"F---king douche!" scoffed the healer as she dodged with astounding speed, despite the heavy cloak. (Yeah, she has a cloak. And she dodged it because of the exaggerated effects of coffee xd )
"You know what?! No more miss nice girl! You're going with me whether you like it or not!" she shouted, as she prepared a spell. Arcane runes surrounded the two.
"Transport us to Durem streets!" shouted Mika, as she disappeared with a flash.

Blix looked out of the tent after a few moments, wondering where the chief had gone. There was no sign of her. Blix smiled, that meant that for the time being he was in charge. Very much like humans, when goblins drink, they tend to get brave and think they can take on anything.
Blix wandered over to one of the camp's painted horses. He climbed onto it back, grabbing it's mane for balance. Riding into the center of camp, Blix cried out "Il ge, Shaa' Haad goss dali!!". He began to rally the other goblins, rousting them from whatever foolishness they'd been engaged in. While some of the other goblins were also drunk and shared the same foolish gusto, others merely followed the crowd; their confidence lying only in their sheer numbers.
The Goblin Mob assembled, Blix charged out of the encampment, making straight for Barton town.

About a Day after Initial Departure:
Blix rode in with the goblin horde behing him. The masses quickly despersed into the camp, splitting up loot and captures. Aside from the addition of such items, the camp returned to it's previos state.

[After sevral hours journey]
Dreccas found a decently sized camp, the scent of goblins all around..but that was not all... somthing more..human.. Dreccas attempted telepathy, but that was beyond his newly awakend body, he would have to wait until the human was alone, or he was discovered.

Several days since Mika's teleportation:
Nokomi was asleep in her tent, the nightime fires were lit and the guards posted. She'd retired for the night, and left Blix in charge to run things.
Blix walked around the camp triumphantly, strutting like a rooster. It was a clear night and the skies were strewn with stars. Goblin eyes are keen in the dark, and Blix noticed a figure approching the camp. "Arrou! Gehh kaddem!", He shouted. A small group of goblins immedietly rode out and approached the stranger.
Cragg dismounted, knife drawn. "Whatt Wannit?", he asked the tall, darkly clad man.

After only a short time waiting, dreccas found he had been spotted, as the goblins came up to him he wondered what would happen. "I'm here to seek allies" he said, not sure if the goblins would understand him or not.

Craag looked at Dreccas, trying hard to make sense of his words. "Seek...all eyes?", the goblin pointed to his wn yellowed eyeball.
A female Goblin hopped down a smacked him. "Ally! Pahhs de..." she grumbled. She turned to Dreccas. "Me Sagra...take yuu to Chief."
With that the goblins remounted, and escorted Dreccas to the camp.

Dreccas nodded, following behind wondering who the cheif was, and if it was the scent he had picked up earlier Hopfully they speak better english than the goblins do.. He thought as he kept a following distance.

Nokomi was awoken by the tumult of the goblins arguing outside her tent. Apperantly, they'd had a visitor and Blix was none too happy that the goblins he'd sent to investigate had just brought him straight into the camp without knowing anything about him at all.
Nokomi got out of her cot and clothed herself in skimpy furs, not caring too much what she looked like. She walked outside and saw the tall, dark stranger in the midst of the goblin rabble.
"Siss Gaal!" she shooed the goblins out of her way as she walked toward him, firmly kicking one with her bare foot. Although she'd not bothered much with clothing, Nokomi had grabbed her weapon on her way out. "What...You bissniss..?", She pointed a menacing finger at him, though she was still half asleep. "Wantcha *yawn* fight?", She asked, stretching her arms to the starry night sky. "I...Nokomi, Shaa'Haad Chief!", she motioned toward the bickering goblins. They'd calmed a bit at her presence.

Dreccas looked at the chief, not the scent he had smelled earlier but he assumed that this person was pretty strong "No.. I want allies" he said, looking at the quelled goblins around them, keeping his weapons at the ready in case of an attack.
