Drake the Darkness Dragon
The Tower of Terror consists of 6-12 participants battling it out until they can reach the top of the structure and grab the title belt that's all the way up in the lights. The rules are simple. There are no rules. Get to the top of the cage and keep your opponent from stopping your by any means necessary. There can't be any interference because once your within the structure it will be locked down completely until the match is over. Now let me explain the structure. The structure is broken down into four levels. The scaffolding and light fixtures are where the championship title belt resides.

Level One
The first cage is an wide open area with an octagon shaped cage extends all the way to the barricade that contains the ring and an abundance of weapons everywhere. The cage is a mix between Hell in a Cell and the Elimination Chamber. It's made with it's usual steel chamber style from the Hell in a Cell but it has the Chain Link coating of the Eilmination Chamber. Slamming into the cage would be like slamming into a brick wall. The top of the cage is The ring has scaffolding that is similiar to the Ultimate EX's match on the ring which supports the cage along with the same kind of scaffolding at each vertex of the cage. There are weapons held under the ring, in trash cans connected to the scaffoldings, weapons tapped to the cage wall, and we must not forget the steel steps (anything you can think of). There is a ladder tapped on every side of the cage, two standing on the outside, and a few under the ring to obtain access to the second level.
Level Two
A steel cell that resembles a hell in a cell match style cage with little support on the floor. It is more difficult to walk and get around than in the normal ring (think top of a hell in a cell). There is an abundance of weapons taped to the cage wall to beat down your opponent with. There is the possibility of the floor collapsing if a very powerful move is applied. There are two ropes in the middle of the level to climb up to level three (No, you can't cut the rope or bring it up with you. I know somebody was thinking it.).
Level Three
This is a normal cage but it's wraped in barbed wire. There is no ladder or rope to get to the fourth level. You must bare it out and climb the barbed wire covered fence links to get to the openings in the cell. There is the possibility of the floor collapsing if a very powerful move is applied. There are a few chairs, tables, and pipes on the floor of this level to help you destroy your opposition before trying to get to the next level.
Level Four
This is the top of the structure. There is nothing but a thick steel platform that surrounds the top of the cage with turnbuckles wrapped in bared wire on the corners with ropes made thick coiling wire infested with barbed wire also that seperates you from the 50 foot drop. That is only there to keep you from falling on the crowd but it's still possible. There are a few chairs, lead pipes, and 2x4's but only one ladder. There is the possibility of the floor collapsing if a very powerful move is applied. The risks are extremely high. The object of this level is to use the ladder to grab the title which has been hung ladder match style above the structure.
((If anyone has seen the triple cage matches in the WCW past then you know it's possible to slam your opponent on the top of the structure and they can fall through all the way to the bottom to the ring. Beware becuase that can happen to anyone.))
