A beautiful mare walked along the river.She looked around at the flies.Heck she wouldn't hurt the flies.Niele closed her eyes and smelled the cool breeze.Opening her eyes she looked at the fish and frogs plop around.She shook her head.It reminded her of the first time when she was born.She'd plop and flop around.Well Niele didn't know any better at the time.Niele in these days was a wonderful mare.Motherly,carefull anything you could think of with the greatness of her.
She closed her eyes once more.Her eyes hurt very little.Niele stood there waiting for something to happen.Friend?Birds?Other animals?Or another soquili like herself?Well she stood there quiet for a long time.Waiting and waiting.

There was a rumble of a hooves in the distance. Coming up quickly along the bank came a young stallion, hair whipping behind him in the breeze as he ran. He didn't seem to be running from anything, or two anything, just so full of life and energy and enjoying the cool air of winter.
He slowed as he approached, slowly coming to a stop. "Good day," he said cheerily, showing a friendly smile. His black coat was dotted in specks of air-dried mud from his escapade, but under that black and purple fur glossed over tight muscles. The stallion was young, definitely, but learning to enjoy the perks of post-adolescence. His shiney hair fell over his eyes constantly, causing him to toss his head back periodically to free his face.

Niele turned her head towards him.He face was blank.Purple!Oh boy she was purple!!!Niele finally smiled and bobbed her head a little."Good day."Boy was he a little cheerful.Niele was cheerful when she first came to the Soquili lands.But she has settled down."My Name Niele.And yours?"Niele bowed a little.
She watched his wings.She remembered another with his kind of wings.But she wasn't sure.Niele then smiled more.

Spellbound fluttered his wings lazily up and down as he talked, catching his breaths in puffs from his vigorous run. “My name is Spellbound,” he said, puffing up his chest a bit, trying to look tall. He was small for a stallion, not only because he was a young, but the flutter blood in his kept him from reaching the full height of a normal Soquili stallion. “Its so very nice to meet you, Niele,” he said, dropping his head into a bow, his shining hair cascading down around his face.

"Why thank you," he responded proudly, tossing his mane for dramatic effect. "You're quite a lovely mare yourself," he said with a wink, "if you don't mind me saying. I hope I have no interrupted you from something important?"

Spellbound gave a wry smile at her answer. "Never? Something has got to be important to you. Everyone does... even if that important is having fun, yes?" He tossed the mane out of his eyes again and looked her over once more, since she did bother to mention she was considered 'very very lovely' by some.

Spellbound chuckled and shook his mane out. "Laying in the sun, eh?" He squinted up at the sky and fluttered his wings. "Sounds nice and relaxing. I'd just fall asleep and burn I'd imagine. I don't like sitting still for so long." He smiled friendlily at her and pawed a bit at the grass.
