Battle meditation is a useful thing...how about that one forbidden power that strips someone of thier force powers (Nomi Sunrider did it on Ulic Qel-Droma)...

meh... it's hard to say really, precognition would be awesome because you'd see what will happen in the near future,
senseing another person's thoughts would be cool though not to mention really usefull,
but then there's basic telekenisis, which would have unlimited possibilities depending on you good you are.....
I honestly don't know which is my definate favorite but precognition, force sense and telekenisis are up there on my list
