Co-ownership Agreement Thread!
Co-ownership:
I've noticed a lot of co-owning's going on in the shop, and realized we really need a co-ownership agreement between the parties. This will be were Co-owners post their rights to a pet after much talk. This is like a contract, but can be altered at anytime. You'll need post from both/all three owners agreeing to what's been said between them. I'll keep track down below in the other posts. Please, make sure you both completely agree on what's being posted before agreeing to it, since you'll need both parties (or all three) to change it.
Example:
Yata- Yata:
This is co-ownership agreement for Blah-blah, with Yata-Yata and Yata-Yata Yata.
Yata-Yata:
-Gets Rp rights.
-Sig rights
-Gets rights to breed with whoever they want
Yata-Yata Yata:
-Gets Sig rights
-Gets rights to a box from at least two breedings.
-Has say in where the other boxes go.
Yata-Yata Yata:
I agree with this.
Permissions:
This thread is also for breeding permissions thread. This is just so the colorists know 100% that both parties gave permission for their Ulaya's to be entered into the breeding thread. This is to prevent any drama of people entering couples that haven't been given permission and such. Single entered ulaya's will only have to have permission from their co-owners, if they have one. Also, Lifemating permissions will also be posted in here too. That way, we can keep track of who is lifemated and what not.
Open permission is where one person gives permission for their Ulaya to be breed without another's permission. Though, if they want the other's permission they should post so when putting their Ulaya in open permission.
Example:
(breeding permission)
Yata-Yata Yata:
I give permission for Yata-Yata to enter Blah with Blah-blah for this breeding raffle
Yata-Yata:
I agree to this as well.
(Open permission)
"I would like Blah to be on the Open permission list, please."
(Life-mating Permission)
Yata-Yata:
Blah and Blah blah are now Life-mates.
Yata-Yata Yata:
I agree that they are now Life-mates.
