Do a yahoo search for Dream Avatar Creator....the first one that pops up is like www.tektek.org/ something...use that one and once you've got the stuff you want it will generate a code at the end.

All you have to do is go to tektek.org then click on create a dream avi. Wait for it to start. Create your avi. Save it. Then copy the code. And Finally paste it on your account siggy. If you want to you can click preview to see the avi that you created.
