Recently ive been looking at cars to buy and i found a nice 1995 Mitsubishi Diamante, Looks good runs well and only 1400. Im pretty sure the owner doesint know anything about this vehical, because ive looked at it and im 100% sure its a 95'. I never got to look under the hood but he says it has a 2.4L V6, now ive never herd of a V6 being THAT small 2.5 i think is the smallest produced for vehicals. I did research on the car and the only 95' Diamante were the LS and it has a 3.0 V6 with 270 HP, there is no other engine setup for this car. I tryed to see if maybe he mistaked it with a galant for some ungodly resone but it has anti-lock brakes, and the only 95' galant with anti-lock brakes has a 2.5L V6, but also twin turbo and 250 hp. I know the car runs (I personally drove it), and its almost completely spotless, and it seems too good to be true, a car like it would normaly be at least 6000, but here it is for 1400. Is there anything i could be overlooking? or is the owner really THAT clueless?
