The moon was full on this cool night, Abaddon had awoken in the middle of the night and found that he couldn't rest. Crawling out of his bed quietly he had walked out of the house he called home in the forest. He looked to the moon who was casting her silver light before looking around the clearing in which his home stood. A fog filled the ground of the clearing and the forest and a chill was in the air for a moment he wondered if he should have grabbed a coat but it mattered not where he barely felt it anyways. He headed down one of the paths that he had made that went further into the forest figuring the night air might do him some good and he could think. Something just didn't feel right something deep within him restless.

Abaddon's mind had been wrapped up about how that day where he had stayed home to work on things on the island, and how Miranda had gone to visit her family at the shop and mainland. That day things changed, she had changed, he had sworn that he would find who or what had caused her such pain...

His thoughts were cut off when a voice ran throughout the forest however. He reached for his headphones and turned down the music as to hear around him better.

"I'm a creature of the night, you do not frighten me." He called out to the voice in the darkness looking around in attempt to find the source.

Abaddon growled deep within his throat and turned quickly in the direction of the bushes. As he turned a branch of a nearby tree had caught his headphones in the process of his quick movement took them off of his head.

"Show yourself you little devil and I'll show you exactly what I think of what you did to her..." he growled lowly. His white ears twitched at the sudden silence of his music being gone, and the color of his fur sucked back into the headphones. His tail twitched with his aggravation and anger of getting his hands on the one that attempted to hide itself in the forest.

Abaddon growled, his ears pinned back tightly against his head as he listened careful to where the voice was, he couldn't help but laugh rather darkly at the voices comment of his true nature and feeling at the moment. He already knew he was demonic and thought the voice foolish to point out something that to him seemed so obvious.

At the maniacal laughter he stopped laughing and his ears twitched as he turned in a circle trying to pinpoint the should and the voice.

"I will find you..." he growled.

The at the sudden cracking sound he spun quickly and reached out but only managed to grab a tree branch that snapped under his grasp. The voice having seemed to have disappeared and along with the voice the source he growled in aggrivation and turned and grabbed his headphones from the branch that they still were hanging from.

Growling to himself about the voice and how he swore that he would find the source to the voice and teach it a lesson or two about pain he put back on his head phones without a second thought.

Once his headphones were back on his head his color returned to him, and he turned to walk back to his home, wanting to go check on Miranda and make certain she hadn't woken in the middle of night and worried about him being gone. A few steps through the clearing however a sharp excruiating pain shot through his skull like white fire blinding him and he let out a furious roar in pain as he stopped and grabbed his head.

Grabbing his head he felt the sharp points peircing out from his skull through his flesh. Laughing maniacally he yelled out, "is that the best you got."

From his growing horns down his spine a sharp pain traveled as the fires in his body spread errupting through the flesh of his back and the base of his tail in a sharp erruption of pain.

He let out a dark roar in pain and dropped to his knees unable to move from his spot, as bones ripped from his flesh forming new limbs, bones then became layered in muscle, and then skin, membrane, and furr.

He moaned and curled on the ground in pain trying to get up move do something but everylittle thing made his body scream. The pain even too much for him to take.

Attempting to get up one last time he clawed into the ground and whispered, "Miranda..." before passing out onto the forest floor from the pain and loss of blood.

He lay there now a true fledge demon, and there was no longer reason to question his strange looks or his personality. He was now what he had always been.
