So there's topics about the last indy event you watched, posting your pictures, and other topics to share opinions so here's mine.

What's the last movie/short film/animated feature/etc you watched?

The movies I watched last night/this morning are Mean Girls, Fearless, and Hated - GG Allin and the Murder Junkies.

All of my reviews are on a 7 star scale.

Mean Girls I avoided seeing for a long time, but several people kept telling me how good it was, so I finally caved and saw it. It's actually pretty damn hilarious. I enjoyed it a lot more than I expected and it ended up being a 6 star film. Tim Meadows had several really good lines.

Fearless was Jet Li's last martial arts film. If he wanted to go out with a bang, he surely did it. This has really good fight scenes and a decent story. It's supposed to be based on the life of an actual guy, but I've heard it's very loosely based. How close it follows the guy's life isn't important to me because this movie kicked a**. This movie gets 7 stars.

Hated - GG Allin and the Murder Junkies is a documentary on GG Allin and his band that was made shortly after his death. For those unfamiliar with GG, GG was bat s**t insane. His stage show consisted of him getting naked, shitting on stage, eating s**t, throwing s**t at fans, rubbing the s**t on his naked body, cutting himself with a knife, playing with fire, brutally fighting fans, urinating, vomiting, etc. GG walked the line between rock god and serial killer. The documentary was completely interesting in how it interviewed GG, GG's family, and GG's school teachers and friends. 6 out of 7 stars for a highly entertaining feature.

I'm currently working on watching the 8 Films to Die For (2006), and I have about 5 more to watch, so those reviews will be up soon.

I recently watched The Queen & Knocked Up

Knocked Up was pretty hilarious. I saw better, but it was still good

The Queen, well I was more forced to listen to it, but to be honest, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Way better than the other movie that won the Oscar though

I also watched the Taxi movies. Those from France, not the American remake they did with Queen Latifah.

You didn't miss anything. I was pumped to see that in theaters when it came out and it was a huge disappointment. Not as big a disappointment as Nacho Libre, but still a disappointment.

All movies are rated on a 7-star scale.

Enter the Dragon is Bruce Lee's most famous film and a classic martial arts movie. It was really good for a movie that came out of the '70s. I'm not a fan of old movies whatsoever, but I did enjoy this one. Today I give it a 5.5/7 stars, but if I was watching it in the '70s and comparing it to the rest of the '70s s**t, it'd probably be a 7 star film. It's still worth a watch for any martial arts fan.

High Fidelity gets 7 stars! John Cusack and Jack Black both have really good roles in this. It's about a guy who owns a record store and is really confused with his love life and why all his girlfriends leave him. It's very dialogue heavy, which can be really hit or miss, but it worked very well in this movie. Music fans, Jack Black fans, or good movie fans should really enjoy this.

I liked The Godfather. I always liked these types of movies. There's a new one with Joachin Phoenix I would like to see, but I can't remember the name of it confused

Beowulf. It was alright, not really what I was expecting, but it was cool. It was kind of a rip off of 300, Shrek, and Austin Powers.
