Below are a few tips and suggestions for how to RP in a Forum:
1) If you choose a diffent character name other then your main name it helps to 'block' it off. Ex. [Jasper], [a little skunk], etc.
[Jasper] Hey who was that that walked by?
[a little skunk] I don't know, but he stunk worst then me.
2) If you need or want to speak Out Of Character, proceed what you will say with [OOC]
3) The leave a discription of what you are doing or '
acting out', you can either start and stop the info with * or Italics. Not required but it help in differentiate between speach and actions.
4) More to be add as I think of them.....

an PM I recieved and I though this might be the same concern of alot of you so I thought I'd share my reponce.TUSHYNIPS I wanted to post in The Glade of Fairies but I get all choked up when I think of what to type gonk lol
Sit and close your eyes (not until you finish readin this, that is sweatdrop )
Think of yourself in the Glade, imagine yourself in a beautiful woodland setting, the kind of place you can imagine fairies living in. now imagine you are one of those mystical critters. you are bless with magic, flight and all the wonders yur mind can create.
What would you do? how would you act? you have man with bright colored wings looking at shimmering pond and nights twilight is approaching. A she-wolf has timidly entered the area and has been welcomed by the man to drink of the pond.
Enter TUSHYNIPS.... redface heart
just type what you think or feel, what you would do, what you would say, and to whom. If not to someone hear maybe what you would 'think' to yourself but 'secretly' hope or wish someone would 'hear' it....You love books, so think how one of the writer would write your character. if your character's name is not TUSHYNIPS just begin with here.
Take some time, maybe write it in Word or something and look it over, once it fits paste it into the forum. doen noe have to be long, a couple of sentences, this 'Glade' is a warm-up.
