So, ignoring all the hapless drama going on, I thought I'd posit an idea I came up with. I'll keep it short-ish, but juicy enough to persuade you all to agree with the idea and do it.

A week where we all just DO STUFF. Magick, psionics, alchemy, telekinesis, whatever the ******** you're into, you just get up off your arse and do it. Do everything, do anything, just ******** it. Read your favourite book on magick and when it advises you to do something YOU DO IT. You know sigils can get you what you want, and you want stuff -- charge and fire a sigil! You know you need to practise TK before you're awesome at it, so practise! Practise for several hours every day of this proposed week! You want to find your spirit guide, so find a lesson on how to do it and DO IT CHRISSAKES!

PS: The title was taken from my favourite holy book.

It definitely sounds interesting, but what week were you thinking of? For example, if we made it my exam week, I'd be less likely to participate.

I was thinking starting from Monday 26 November onwards. If it doesn't suit, then we'll pick a new week.

Go somewhere else. Your car, a park, a river, an empty street, your bedroom at 4am, your mind -- do something, do ANYTHING. Draw a sigil on a bit of paper, put it in an envelope and mail it to the Universe. Meditate while going to sleep. Chant something over your tea to make it show you the future. It can be anything, so long as you do SOMETHING.

Damnit. That week, I have an English paper and a Philo paper and a Chem exam and a Math project and a Psyc paper and...ok. I'll stop. But seriously, Mitsh. You couldn't have picked a worse week for me.

True, I'm not a practitioner of magick, but I was going to use the week to get some work done for my pseudo-BoS. Oh well, I'll just do it another week.

actually, the only reason i have joined the online community of magick users is because there is no one else to share my ideas with in my area. Practice should happen for a minimum of two hours a day. and thats just for meditation, actual spell casting should be an extra thirty minutes. but you should meditate for at least two hours a day, do it before bed, or whenever, it doesnt have to be continuous, just need to do it!
