Are we missing something that would make this place better?
Are you having a problem with something and need it resolved?
Or maybe you just want to tell us what a great job we're doing! (Kidding.)
Well, this is the place to ask your questions or post your ideas for the guild's improvement. Remember, we're a new guild. There is lots of room for improvement and expansion, so don't be afraid to step up and give us your two-cents! We'd love to hear it! <3

Your missing more...thats pretty much the gist of things. You need more people, more action, more dedicated crew, and more detail. Put your mind into this guild, and breathe life into it. It is your creation is it not? Be proactive, and go recruit people. I recruited damn near every single one of my people within the guild, and thats how we came to where we're standing now.

Well, I've invited about 80% of the guild, and if I weren't so busy right now, I would be inviting more. Maybe when I get some free time.
It isn't my place to promote people to crew. That is Mitsuki's job, since she's the Captain and creator of the guild. I do agree with you, though. We need more Crew members.

Daft question but are there going to be specific threads for settings in terms of rp's that occur or are members to set up their own areas to rp in and set scenes and places as they wish?

You set up your own thread and run it as you like. Every thread is a separate role play run by separate people.
You can take a look around different role plays if you want ideas or examples.

This guild is great! It just needs some more roleplays that's all! I'll get around to making one I just need to think of some nifty ideas!

I posted one of my more popular role plays. >.<
I do however, suggest something I've seen in a lot of role playing guilds. A sign that states acceptance of under construction or not.
Example:
[A] For Accepting
[NA] For Non-Apply (Meaning, an application is not required. And you can just join in anytime.)
[V] Owner or Important Character of Thread is Away
[F] Full - Not Accepting Anymore Application
[UC] Under Construction - Use this if you are not quite ready to open, but wanted to get part of it down for others to see.
Such as my role play I would put "[A] . biggrin ark Throne:."
See what I'm saying? XD

I've seen that kind of system before, except it was used with genres. I really do like the system, but we'll see what Suki thinks. ^^
I'll go open a discussion in the Control forum so we can figure out what we want to do.
