Sounds like a glitch in the system...
As an employee of GS, the automated call thing isn't the most efficient, but it's the only free way to do it, and violating the ESRB rating could result in a few people losing their job over ONE incident. More importantly, Galaxy released among a few other games that are worthy of more mature warnings:
Smackdown vs. Raw
Beowulf
Assassin's Creed
I could see some retard making Aris -- or however you spell the voice's name -- mix up the ratings on the games coming out.
