this little idea was started as a comment by a character in an RP
If Transformers are cabable of knowing love...... are they able to make it and if so how is a lil baby-con made? are they built, made, grown, what?

Well, to express my response to your quote back in said thread, my one and only answer to it is; female electronic parts and male electronic parts.
I still don't get how the whole baby thing is done though, because in both I thought the spark did it and in the other (original) Primus did it..or whatever that creator dude's name was.

I would say they're made old, because if they grew old then Optimus would be all hunchbacked and everything. XD

They're actually able to live for millions of years. If you were to turn Optimus into a human, he would probably be around in his 40s somewhere.. maybe slightly older.
Plus.. they're organic in their own, metallic way. I mean, Optimus got prostate cancer... ok maybe that was a Robot Chicken episode...
....scratch that..
Besides... robot smex is rather interesting to watch. >.>;

And perhaps sex isn't used for making babies, but used for relieving stress as it does also on human beings?
Although, Optimus is pretty calm all the time, and there's no evidence that he gets some metallic boobies all the time so I really can't say for sure.. >.>;

ninja I have a whole folder of TFs pron in my hentai collection.
As for how they are populated, I believe it is not as much a matter of sexual reproduction as construction. In several instances, transformers were constructed and then given life. I vividly recall both the stunticons and arialbots in the G1 cartoon being brought to live via Vector Sigma.
As for age, I believe that the body does not age in a conventional sense for humans. Instead the spark starts out like a child- naieve and trusting. Over time that changes, of course with life experiences. Look at Hot Rod . . . typical equivalent to a human teen. I agree with the consensus that Optimus is about 35-40 human years in age. Kup, however, has been around long enough to be grizzled by life and his body just needs a lot of repair thanks to wear and tear.
