You come upon an area of pristine wildlife. All around are luchious grasses and flowers of varying hues, and many animals are there even now: unafraid of this strange new visitor. Directly in front of you is a modest, one person hut. Its simple design adds to the atmosphere, and the smell of burning wood comes from the simple chimney built into its side. Just behind the hut is a large waterfall of magnificent beauty, which empties into the small lake below. Welcome to my private enclave. Here I will deny no challenge, nor visitor. If you wish to fight, simply post your official challenge and stats. "Yes, you see I have only recently become aware of the gods Shiva and Ra being on this plane, and I also realize that this may end in battle. As most religous rivalries do. I want to know as much as I can about these two gods as I can before I choose a side in this." Vincent eyes Perrian as if judging him, "Tell me...who is this, Shiva?"

"Lets sit down before I start telling you. This will be a looong talk. I have a lot to say." Perrian said and sat down. He cleared his throat and said. "Well, I'll start from the beginning, when I met Shiva. I met her during the tournament before round 6. She was at a waterfall and was playing around. She is a fairy like creature. She is the goddess of water and nature. She was at the waterfall just having some fun, and keeping an eye on Ra. While I was talking to Shiva, Evangeline walked up to Shiva. She ordered Shiva to leave because Ra did not want Shiva to be there. I offered to find a new home for Shiva and she accepted my offer. I took her out of that place and she was spared from Evangeline's sword." Perrian took a deep breath. "Basically, Shiva is a very nice girl who is caring and likes to play. Shiva is even so caring that she stayed with me in the recovery room while I was unconcious. She, Shiva, was forced out of her home by Ra's servant, Evangeline." Perrian took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. "Well, that is who Shiva is."

*Djanni wanders on her way back from the tavern. She stops to pick a flower, observing it for a long time before letting it drift away on the wind. She watches it, a wistful expression on her face.*
"Such a carefree thing..."
*Suddenly, she hears spoken voices and freezes. She recognizes Perrian, but this other voice is new to her.*
((Lol, I have to ask - is our V.V. Valentine by any chance a pale man with long flowing black hair and a crimson cloak?))

"Fascinating...this Shiva seems like a kindred spirit to me. Although, I must admit that I don't play much anymore sweatdrop ...Please, is there anything else important to know. For instance, how does she treat her worshippers, what are her views on fighting, marriage, what about treatment of her non-faithful?" he seems enthusiastic and genuenly interested, and carries the first hint of real emotion since you met him.
((To l.a.v.- rolleyes no, this is not FFVII Vincent, I just like the name. He looks just like the avatar I posted. Though it is nice to see a fellow FF fan around...))

*Djanni hesitates. Should she enter and interrupt this most private conversation? Indeed, by her very listening she is violating their privacy. Deciding it best to leave them alone, she moves to go. There is a deafening crack as Djanni, normally stealthy and swift as she was trained to be, allows herself to be distracted and steps on a twig.*
((lol - to be perfectly honest it was the first thing I thought of when I saw your name. Your character is very cool though ^_^ And I'm a big fan of the name by itself too))

"Ah, well...I know that she is very kind to her followers,... and...um...I'm not too sure about the other stuff. You'll have to ask her yourself. Maybe one day I could bring Shiva here to talk to you, if you'd like that." Perrian said and smiled. He notices a sound outside of the conversation. "Hello? Who's there?" Perrian called out.

*She steps into view, and bows sheepishly.*

"It is fine Djanni, I forgive you. You may stay here, if Vincent agrees. I don't think this needs to be talked about in total privacy, espeically since you know Shiva a little, also." Perrian smiled. "Vincent, would it be ok if Djanni stayed a little or should she leave? And yes, I do know her."

"Vincent Valentine, milady. Perrian called you Djanni, did he not?" Vincent bows to her in respect, "Tell me, what brings you to my enclave?" He says as he lights the fireplace and begins putting ingrediants for some kind of soup. "Advice perhaps, or something else?...Your name is Djanni, right? I'm sorry, I'm asking too many questions at once again..."
