Boredom. For most, it wasn't that bad, for for this leopard male Ulaya, it made him rather bitter. It had been a while since he stretched his legs, since he had seen another Ulaya besides his pathetic family. If only he hadn't met that pink female, then he would be free of them all. Though, that was past thinking. Now he was just bored and wanting someone to bother. He opened his eyes to expose bright peridot eyes. They matched perfectly with his peridot gem on his for head. His pride and joy.
The sky was cloudy, though not too cloudy. The sun was still shinning down, yet it was slightly cold out. He could see his breath. He flicked his tail back and forth as it hang below him. He had found a nice branch to lay on for the time being. Waiting for a victim to past. He'd love to see a new face rather an old. No fun picking on the same Ulaya. They already knew he was the best, new faces meant he could show them who was the best.
Most the trees had lost their leaves, making it rather easy for anyone to see his bright orange and white spotted body. Which made things a little less fun. How could he scare them right away? Meant more effort on his part. He slowly dug his sharp claws into the branch he was playing on. No point in letting them go dull over the time he hadn't done anything. Who knows when a good victim could come along asking for a bleeding. Oh, how he missed the taste of other's blood. Of course, the blood of smaller creatures was fine, but he still loved to watch the face of Ulaya's as the watch him scratch them up a bit. Tasting their fresh blood, the fear of them was always in their blood.
He hadn't done much of that since he had had kids. He didn't think that that pink pathetic thing he was drawn to liked what he did. He tried not to think about it as he took in deep breaths of cold air. Freezing his lungs as he did so. Ahh, it felt rather good. Sharp cold pains in his chest from the air. Too bad he couldn't blend in the snow, since it was going to snow soon. Nothing really to worry about though.

 Hitsuka walked through the thin forest which had lost most of it's look when the leaves had fallen from the branches above. Walking ever so slowly, pacing herself with every step, Hitsuka flicked her tail with a chilling breeze passing through her fur. She was used to the balmy heat and wasn't enjoying the winter season that was nearing around the corner. Keeping her eyes on the ground she searched for any other creatures that may have been stupid enough to be out in the cold as well, for she was starting to get hungry. Feeding off from rabbits and other small woodland creatures just wasn't cutting it anymore and she was in need for a meal that would please not only her stomach but her malicious needs to make others suffer.
Coming to a stop, Hitsuka viewed a scenery long left behind by anything with brains. The cloudy sky's promise for snow had caused all of the animals worth hunting to flee for cover and shelter from the forbidding storm ahead. Sitting on the hard, cold ground she shuttered with the unforgiving breeze. Hitsuka lowered her head as a low rumble came from her stomach and lay the rest of her body on the solid dirt below. Letting out a snort of frustration a puff of breath floated in the air in front of her for a minute before fading away with the scenery. Shaking her head, Hitsuka closed her eyes and sighed with a flick of her ear. Suddenly a warm aura burst up around her, looking a lot like purple flames the aura wrapped around her body causing her core temperature to rise to a comfortable level before fading off into nothing.
"That's a little better." She sat back up and looked the area once again, the ground around her scorched and thawed from the sudden burst of unnatural heat she had caused. The sky slowly grew darker and the sun hid behind the blanket of clouds carrying the wintry chill and snowy weather. Hitsuka sheltered herself under a tree which had an unexpected surprise laying on it's branch, something she had let pass her sight. Another cool breeze passed by causing Hitsuka to shiver and wish she wasn't sent to this horrible land, filling her mind with angry thoughts and revenge.

Thona caught something in the corner of his eye after watching for a while. Something came in view. How lovely, a female. Which made everything more better. A evil grin came upon his face as he watched her silently. Surprised she didn't notice him. He thought he was rather a sore thumb sitting in an almost empty branch on the tree. Finally, he figured it was time to make sure she knew he was there.
Jumping from the branch he had found so comfortable. A smirk upon his face. "Well, well. What do we have here?" He said in a rather seducing voice. It had been a long time since he ran into a female. This one also seemed like she was new around here. The purple aura around her seemed rather interesting too. Though, some how he knew that she wasn't going to be like normal females.
She held herself differently then those who were easy. He could see this one fighting back if they so happened to go that way. He circled her to get a good look at her. A strange marking upon her seemed to interest him, but that was bout it. Her color was wrong. Though, she could prove to be quite entertaining. Well, at least he could hope she would. His tail flicked gently back and forth.

Hitsuka sat silently as the male Ulaya circled her, raising an eyebrow with interest. It amused her when other Ulayas thought they were the greatest things in the universe and yet annoyed her how many there are that honestly believe it. Putting her ears back, listening to every sound his paws made, Hitsuka kept her head forward and her gaze fixed.
"So you're supposed to be some hot shot, right?" she finally opened her mouth and spoke, her voice strong and stern. She turned her head to glance at him, taking in all that she could about his image. Noticing his posture and look on his face she guessed that he thought he was tough and a casanova. Rolling her eyes at his ignorance she looked back forward and shook her head. She'd rather see the cold forest before her then this high self-conceded Ulaya that thought he was all that.

Indeed, this would be fun. He smirked with her remark back to him. He liked a bit of fire him them. Though, she still wasn't his type. Just someone he'd have fun toying with for the moment. She showed promise of perhaps toying back with him. He hadn't ran into a female that had the guts to actual fight back. Always running from him. As much fun as fear could be, it was nice to have a little bite left in the world.
"Hot shot?" He began as he was now back in front of her. His peridot eyes peering into her purple ones. "No. Hot shots are those who think they are all that but have no bite in them. All talk, nothing more." He answered her question to what he thought was good enough. Flicking his tail he gave her a rather bored look.
"Though, what I see in you, is a spoiled little girl who things perhaps she's the best thing that walked this planet." He said not really caring if it was wrong or not. "Such arrogance." He said with pleasure in his voice. This was going to be fun. "Arrogance that can get one very hurt." He extended his claws. Perhaps she would say something to dare him to attack her. He wasn't some gentleman, he would attack anyone that challenged him. He would also enjoy every moment of it.
