That's honestly a strange question. There are two sides to it. One can be your favorite name of your own characters. The other side would be favorite NPC name.
Honestly, I like my druid alt's name moreso than my main's name. Nianal seems to run off of the tongue smoother and sounds more druid-y than my priest's name of Shalana. But, my up and coming warrior, Laenyn I joke about. I pronounce it "Lay-nin" and my guild jokes about it meaning "Lay in" like a tanking warrior. Great joke for an RP server. But my favorite has to be my druid.
Favorite NPC name comes at an expense to my poor priest and my boyfriend's druid (since roleplaying-wise my boyfriend plays my priest's father redface ). There is an NPC at Cenarion Expedition Sarinei Whitestar, who has the same last name as my priest and my boyfriend's druid. I had used the Whitestar name since Shalana began the deep lack of leveling around level 11 (so about December '05). I just find it ironic and funny.

I love my Druid's name Motoro. Kinda like the indian tribe cheiftan thing. Basically whats your favorite WoW character name and why. It can be any name in the game.

I prefer the name chopacopblender...
simply because any dual wielding enhnacement shammy is a totally a blender there all like...puree...*stormstrikes* LIQUEFY BIATCH!!!!!

A few weeks ago I was in Cath getting power leveled by an awesome Druid named "Furoar". Just thought that was an awesome name, what with the combination of the words "fur" and "roar".
Thought it was very fitting for a feral druid.

Best name has to go to a ret paladin on my server... Something along the lines of 'Icantdps'. The name made me giggle.
I saw a trolling alt on my forums named 'Isapatlife' its a rogue, loved it.

The only name i'm really attached to, is my durids name, Anivaral.
Even though i'm only called "Anivaral" every once in a while I love it. (Everyone calls me Ani :] )
That, and Cerar. It's my huntards name.

Tritha (Human Lock),
Andoran (NE Hunter),
Selrida (Draenei Shammy),
Millas (Dwarf Warrior),
Maylina (Gnome Mage),
Nahlia (NE Rogue),
Dornaa (Draenei Priest),
Yoruichi (NE Druid)
Tambar (Troll Hunter) (I miss this b*****d... He kicked so much a** in PvP While being Melee)
All of there names fit them well (except Yoruichi sorta, but shes just a Bleach referance anyway and it still works kinda ^.^)
I love my Realm Forum Troll alt too. A BE Warlock I have on a different Server named Randomnoob.
As for those that arnt mine: (Long a** post I know >.<) Coldteets, Musicaldrugs, Atthezoo, Underpantz (A gnome rogue, you figure it out), Shaedi, Yummyummelf, Issuu, and Megumi. But I think that I like those names alot cause of the kisk a** people behind them... whee
