Was thinking today ideas of what we might do as a guild for Christmas. I thought maybe instead of feeling pressured to give gifts we could hold another charity art auction or maybe give like the first 10 people on a thread elven ears of their choice?
any ideas are welcome on this.

The Elven Ears idea is good. I have a spare normal pair now, so I'd donate.
Secret Santa would be hard, but we'd be able to pull it off. Have one person have a list of everyone going to join in, and give them a number only he/she would know. Then have everyone roll dice in a thread, and whatever roll you get is the person you shop for. The guy with the list of names would send you a PM with the person's name.
This would mean who's ever running it wouldn't get a surprise gift, but we could figure something out.

I like elven ear idea, it's like... my first item bought was a pair of elf ears, so I think we should help those who want to become a fellow elf this christmas ^^.

I think Secret Santa will be quite complicated... considering how many we are in this guild ^^;

Not so much. Not many of us are really active. Have a sign up sheet or something. You can only sign up during these two days or something, and most of the Guild wouldn't even know unless they actually check out the Guild once and a while.
Ear thing sounds good to me. Have a thread during the Christmas even and the first so many people get a free set of ears.

Going by the number of people responding to this thread, that would mean 6,000 gold each. I've got an extra set of Ears though, so that'd knock the price down some.

I also got a gift box so I can help buying one pair at least :3!
(unfortunately part of the money I've got by selling the item was used by me already).
I think 10 elven ears are a good number, by the way =D.
