Minty once again decided to travel back, back to her past. Like she did once when she was still a pup, she decided to visit her closest friend. Though he hadn't been when she first came, he was now. She was headed to the grave yard. Even though some might find that place to be either scary or a dark place to live, it was actually quite relaxing. She also liked to see Yoru interact with his plants, it was quite a sight to see.
Though she might not have picked such a great time to return to this place. It was already starting to get dark. She had only come when it was morning last time. How different might this time around be? She felt the wind pick up, her fur blowing neatly in it. She loved when the wind blew, the smell of the winds candy was very refreshing as well.
Then, there it was. She finally made it to her destination. She found herself back in front of the graveyard gates. She remembered the first time she came here, she thought it was a bit scary herself. Not anymore. She looked around it, just like she remembered. She was glad she decided to come see him here again. "Welcome back." She said to herself with a smile on her face. Her tail beginning to move about some, and her wings opening a little with excitement.

Yoru had undoubtly grown.. Grew to a teen now, more capable of thinking in quanities that he couldn't before. But one thing he didnt shake off as of his child hood.. was the fact that he didn't eat right. The lack of contact with his 'lives' [meaning his girl family]. But easing the lack of contact was his friend. Mint- whom his friendship gew.. but he never did invite her back and wondered if she still knew the route to get back. Since.. he went to her ever since that day.
So, like any other day. He went out, to go check on the small sakura tre he managed to grow.. He watered it, cared for it every single day.. and his life was basiclly put around the evolutions of this flower.. taking notes sometimes.. but today. It was a day of rest from all the research.. AFTER- the few pages he needed to document for the day, that is. He settled himself to a sitting position.. the sakura tree almost half his size now.. He took out his pencil and started writing. The diameter, height, the weathers. Type of leafs, how barren it looked. The Texture. Everything about it.. He stood.. then walked around the tree slowly.. examining the finiest details and what insects were attracted to it.
He was quite abosrbed in his work. It was a daily routine for him. But the place he was in, was at the edge of the graveyard. Into a secret part that he rememebered he used to tell Minty All about. Beside/behind a large rock- there was a passage way.. like a hidden part of the graveyard that not even his father, well. He THOUGHT his father knew nothing about.. he stayed.. Examining, and walking around the tree now several times without getting dizy yet.

Minty opened the graveyard gates. They made little squealing sounds, making her get a little chill down her spin. She closed the gates behind her. She remembered when she first came her, another Numa had helped her out. She never got the chance to ask Yoru about him. I guess she'd find out sooner or later. But probably not anytime soon.
She looked around, wondering if she could actually remember her way around. She did remember the green house. It'd be fairly easy to get to the green house, but after that. It might not be so easy. She remembered him telling her about this secret place he would go to. So if he wasn't at the green house, he'd be there. She made it to the green house, getting very anxious to see her friend. She entered the green house, to see no one there. He must be in the other place. She'd now have to walk more. That made her grumble a little bit.
She walked out the green house. She tried to remember which way from the green house led to the secret part of the graveyard. It was fairly blurry, so she just picked some way to go. She was getting a bit bored, but she'd find him sooner or later. She managed to find this large rock. She remembered him talking about a large rock. She had made it! She looked around the rock, to see the path! It was somewhat obvious, since she knew it was actually there. She ran through the path, on all fours. She finally made it. But for some odd reason she was getting the butterflies. She had seen him all grown up, I suppose it was different seeing him in the graveyard.
She made it to the end of the path. There he was, walking around a tree, a tree she hadn't seen before. He looked very intent in what he was doing. But why wouldn't he be? He was taking care of a tree. Just seeing him take care of a plant again made her face glow. She missed seeing him around plants. She couldn't help but give a big smile. She also couldn't help but running up to him and pouncing upon him! "Yoru! Surprise!" She yelled, still with the huge smile on her face. She was very delighted to see him.

He didn't have much time to react to her presence. Like always. She pounced and he tilted over a bit to catch her on his back., so she nor he would fall. "Minty!?" He said worried. "What are you doing here!?" Caution slicked through he brain. Wondering if she had came her all by herself again!? Jeez. This girl was a tough one.. and.. yet. He was ok with it. He whirled himself around, curling his arm around and swinging her to the front of him.
Like a pup curled in one's arms. Is how he made her to look. Standing and nuzzling her nose a bit. "Heh. Long time no see." He said with a rather smirked cocked attitude at the moment but a little worry hinted in his voice. It was indeed to long since he'd seen her... and it made him more depressed than he was.. when he mother and sister were gone.
His tail made ways to hers and curled around it protectively...making for sure that she wasn't one to fall or anything of the sort. Or he'd have to suffer shame if she did. Examining her over for any marks, cuts or wounds... he realized.. She had grown. Much.. more beautiful. And her colors were more profound. What had become of her was a secret in itself.. and not sure what to react to this change. Good. Bad. He mind didn't want to settle on a decision he would regret. The stars under her eyes made for sure that it was Minty and no other... as well. He wasnt expecting no one else.

Minty smiled at him as he held her in his arms, as one would a pup. It was indeed true, they hadn't seen each other in a while. They did for a little here and there, but not at long periods of time. She had noticed he had grew a little in size since the last time she saw him. His skeletal patterns also seemed a bit more defined. He had really grown, she was quite glad to see him.
She giggled, looking into his bright red eyes. "It has been a while." She wouldn't admit it in a series way, but she did miss him quite a bit. Minty wasn't one to go all serious, especially when one didn't know her that way. Sure, her brother has seen her in a more serious mood, but things happen. But her best friend? Considering he hadn't seen her like that, she didn't want to show herself like that. She'd rather be all happy instead, especially around him.
She then noticed something. Another plant he was growing? Maybe? All she knew was it seemed to be growing very nicely. She didn't know if it was growing nicely literally, but it didn't seem like it wasn't. So she just assumed. It did seem quite interesting though. She didn't think she had seen one of those before. "Hmm, growing something over there?" She asked, very curious to what he might answer. She always seemed interested in things Yoru seemed to be doing. Maybe because they were best friends? Maybe...

Yoru nodded in response to her question and accepted the fact that it had been a while since their last meet. Well, a meeting that was act usually stable enough to converse with. He hugged her softly- nuzzling in to her neck.
"Those. Dear Lassie, are Sakura trees. A very rare tree that blossoms of love and kindness. A blessing it is..." He admitted so openly. Since about this time~ he was already minorly used to Minty and was able to sometimes show his compassion and feeling towards. His tail gave another wag. Now he was rightful in his own world..
"Lassie... Its nice to see you here... But still. You shouldn't have come alone." He turned to look at her from the stare he did at the barron tree with tiny pink specks on it- not fully in bloom. "Something could have happened to yea- and I would'nt forgive you nor myself." He gave a light smirk as he knew that even if he'd try to stop her from coming alone- she wouldn't. He shook his head giving a chuckle out in a kindly manner. His hair now longer was dancing in the wind- swirling around and taking the glow that his eyes were admitting but he stared at her. Examining her features of the face... How he took so lightly to her appearance and more for the fact that she did so many things that would amaze him and keep him in awe over.

She had remembered him talking about Sakura trees before. When she had first come to the graveyard. Wasn't he trying to figure out how to grow them the first time she came? Now, he was starting to grow them. Hes come a long way since then. She thought it was pretty obvious too. But that was only because she had known him when she was younger. I mean, they had practically grown up together. Practically, because he is a month older then her. But either way, you could say they did.
She didn't make a comment about the beautiful tree he was growing. As his other comment distracted her from doing so. He had basically said the same thing when she came the first time. She was younger then, so she understood then. But she was basically grown now, she thought she could take care of herself. Even though she didn't spend too much time around the graveyard, as it was raining. She still thought she could take care of herself. And even though he might not forgive her for getting hurt, if she did. She also didn't think of any other way they'd see each other. So, she'd most likely still come on her own. She did like an adventure.
She gave a smile, as he chuckled some. She couldn't remember him giving any sort of laughing gesture. It was nice. Her tail began to wag, her ears twitching some in the wind. "If I don't come to the graveyard alone. Would you come see me?" She asked in a bit of a playful manner. As she was usually the one to come looking for him. She didn't mind however. She knew he was probably taking care of his plants. Which is good. I suppose it kind of shows you how caring he could really be. If you got to know him.

Yoru flinched at her response. Was she giving him that freedom to go see her? He hadn't thought about it before as an option but he gave another chuckle to change the subject to a soft one. He had matured some~ but he had to alter many things that he himself had to fix.
But he still remained the worry wort that his father wasn't and should have been. "If.. I knew where you lived. I... would." His voice almost trembled like he didn't know what to say to her. Everything was different it seemed and both seemed to change too much. Now... how they talked wasn't like how they used to be able to talk. Another change is that he talked much calmer and not so harsh towards the world. He gave thanks to-
A fish popped out of Yoru's black hair. Skeletoned patterned fishy growled some at the female. "Uh. Excuse me." She snorted looking through the slits of Yoru's hair... It was almost impossible to see her. Her fins swaying the same way his hair was.
"Visiting hours are over yea know." In a little bit of an angered voice. She had been with Yoru for many of his life. Born with him- practically as when he was first exploring tombs. He found her... and never been that apart since.

Minty gave him a smile. Even though she thought he seemed very unsure about him coming to see her. But, I suppose she could understand. As she knew he didn't seem to be very close with anyone other then his family. She was also happy that she was one who was pretty close to him. As he was her best friend, not only that but one of the first other Numa she has met. Considering when they first met he had a bit of a temper. You could see as they grew closer, so did the way they acted towards each other. And he had gotten a hold of his temper, when it came to her. But I suppose that was because he knew how she was, how she acted and such. Only for him to get used to her. As simple as that. She hugged him randomly. "I should show you were I live sometime." She let go of the hug, only to realize something. "Though, I'm not usually there much." She said giving a bit of a nervous smile.
Suddenly, a fish popped out of nowhere. Well, it seemed like it anyway. Minty stared at the fish. It shared Yorus skeletal markings. It must be his then, yes. Though, she seemed a bit rude. Basically telling Minty that it was time for her to leave. However, she just got there, and no one could force her to leave. Well. Except maybe Yoru, but a little fish like that. She also didn't think Yoru would want her to leave so soon. Or at least she hopped he didn't. Minty didn't really know what to say to the little fish. So, she kind of just stared at it. Thinking Yoru would say something to it. Though, the fish was very pretty. It kind of seemed to have the same attitude Yoru did, when he was younger. Maybe if it got to know her, it would like her too. Yes?

Elora growled and bubbled some air. In an agree manner- like a Chinese fighting fish did when it was pissed. Yoru growled some. "Hey. Thats no way to treat my guest. " He looked at her- his eyes in a glow as he turned to see hers.
"She is my best friend from youth of old. And when you were always asleep because of your illness. So she is ok after hours." He lightly explained but Elora's fins still didn't settle. A girl next to HER numa.. She was his soul. His life. When did SHE step in to the picture. From his words. She wouldn't back talk him- so she slipped back in to his hair a bit angered. Jealousy consumed.
"My apologies Minty.. She is a tad bit touchy when it comes to rules and others who come too close.." He slowly petted minty's hair down. "... Then where may I find your grace? Heh? Almost never at home. Do I have to worry about where you are now a days." He smiled- but nervous and unsure what to say. Maybe something was- in a gap between them and Yoru started a lil feel to it. Then he turned- to head on some walk about the graves to check at least.. what else could he say to a girl who Elora he companion was so rude to.. he kinda felt ashamed and ticked for his own fish to say something so bad to an old friend.. maybe something more.

Minty got a little scared about the fish. She seemed a bit angry that she was here. She didn't know he had a fish like that. Even after he told her that Minty was okay to stay, she still didn't seem very happy that she was here. I suppose Minty would just have to get used to his fish, I guess. She looked at him, giving him a smile as he padded her hair down. "It's okay. I suppose it's okay to be cautious of one she doesn't know." She said, trying to be nice about the whole thing. It was really okay, but she wished to not see his fish so angry again.
She looked away before he had asked his question, then looking back at him. She wasn't home all the time because she liked to go around and explore things. She didn't like to stay home much, unless she didn't have anything to do. Or if she wanted to hang around with Potsu. She continued to smile, "You don't have to worry, I'm pretty good with watching what I do." That was part true. Sometimes she got lost in what she was doing, which lead to other things. So she might get distracted and go into something a bit more dangerous. Which of course, seemed much like her. But she usually got out okay most the time. "I'm usually hanging around the forest or something. If you get worried, you can always ask Potsu. He is usually by the Grape Soda River. Our home is by there, it's made of chocolate." She said, her smile getting a bit wider. She was glad she told him where she lived, and usually is. Maybe he'd come see her more. It'd be nice if he did. She would think.
It'd be nice to see him out of the graveyard more. He seemed to be here all the time. She knew it was because of his plants, but he could still come out for a little bit. It'd make her happy if he did.

Yoru felt a little bad. He didn't mean for his fish to be so rude. He shook his head and continued- though sometimes little red eyes would peek out from his hair strands that flew up with the air.
"Chocolate? Heh I wonder how that would work out." He chuckled some and looked across the way. Scanning over the grave to see what he may do for them. Then he looked at Minty. "Even if you can take care of yourself. Its always better to be safe so the ones you care about don't worry." He nodded a bit mature as he spoke. His fins fanning the back of his head, then-
He went to move and out came Elora. His fish that he didn't want to be rude any longer to Minty. She hovered above Yoru's head, looking back once in a while at Minty. He was heading towards his Greenhouse now, his fins hung low and his tail sometimes bobbing in the air and then down again.
His wings batting against his back as he moved. "Don't lag behind lass." He referred to Minty- he needed to go and record what happenings was there in his sakura tree. He .. wanted to document so just in case this one will grow- he could finally get somehow intel on making more.

Minty looked at Yoru with a smile, as he chuckled at how she lived in a chocolate house. "It would work like everything else in Numa Land. Everything here is made of candy, remember?" She said, giving a slight giggle as well. Anything could be made with candy heres. She quite enjoyed it too. She loved candy, it was her favorite thing. She was sure everyone had to know that by now. Anyone who knew her, that is.
With his second remark, she began to wonder. She knew who she cared about. And with Yoru saying that, she wondered if he cared about her as much as she cared about him. She knew he thought of her as his best friend, e did just say it. But what did that really mean to him? She didn't exactly know what it meant for herself. She knew that she liked being around him the most. She had known him the longest, or at least someone she had known since she was just a pup. And she did probably talk to him the most. Which was why she probably liked to hang about with him. As he probably knew her the best. Well, she'd think he would anyway. But what did their friendship mean to him?
She wondered a little behind Yoru, as she seemed to walk to the green house. She could see his fish, and she didn't want to make her angry. She didn't like when others around were angry, even if it were someone she didn't even come close to knowing. It just made her a bit uncomfortable. But when he told her not to lag behind, she hurried up closer to him. She'd rather not get him angry in anyway, rather then try not to make his fish angry. She didn't want to being up her thoughts at this moment. As she knew, he was probably more interested in his plants at the moment. As, he was heading towards the green house. She wondered if it had changed any the last she had seen it. Probably.

Ah, technology advances never stopped by and knocked on Yoru's door. Nothing seemed to change over the past time of his growth. Everything except the amount of flowers their were and how organized everything was now. He held the door open and put a stump around it before walking over and setting down a petal in a book.. He took up his pen and sat himself on a stool.
Warped in his works he started to write- and sometimes looking at the petal occasionally. His tail waving every now and then but he kept writing.. Elora slipped out of his mane and floated in to a flower that Yoru made as a bed for her.
After a few minutes - and after a few pages he turned to the side.. His ear twitching some. "Minty.. Come in make yourself at home. As it is yours to yea know." He chuckled humbly and wrote a final line before he reverted his attention all to Minty. He sort of laid his arm down on the desk and leaned himself a bit towards it.. in a lax position. "Heh. Its nice.. seeing you around here again. Sorry If I blew up back there.. and sorry I am or WAS~ A little busy.. " He tried a smile unnoticing that Elora went and started flickering his paw's fingers... She wanted attention too... Her fins extended a bit when he started now directing conversing towards Minty.. growling a little as she slipped back in to her flower. His fins still laid down his checks and neck- mixing with his long hair. "Just um.. " He looked under his desk and pulled out another stool. "You can sit anywhere or here. Get comfortable- or are you leaving soon?" He gave her the choice.. he didnt like obligating nor pushing on others.. but he smiled anyways.
He flapped his wings behind him as he looked now at her. Examining a moment.. like if he again realized.. she wasn't the same pup.. She was older now. Different.. What was he thinking!?
