Lately I have looked at my computer in disgust as I barely know how to use one to it's full potenital and manual is lost. 0.o Then I looked at my computer theme and went to browse there was nothing. searched the internet, couldn't find one I wanted. Im at a loss. How do I make a computer theme?? I have a windows XP computer.

Try this one Here, i have not used this one i use the one that came with DesktopX you can get it at stardock.com or might be able to get it from some one else. Also wincustomize.com as tons of free themes and other things. You will havet to create them using photoshop or another program of your choice then put them in to a theme program to actually create the theme.
