yeah, i've been thinking recently during my job hunt, job hunting ******** sucks when no one will hire you when someone with experience is in front of you ALL THE TIME! so i've been looking into ways that cost little money to start, but you get much money out of it. for example: Quote: a girl at the age of 16, started a real myspace page for 8$ (you can't do this with a free one.) she like many other webpage owners made a small web buisness where she made something that people across the world wanted, making sprites and art for people. other buisness people saw this and said, "I'd hit that" and asked if they could advertise on the web page. they came to an agreement, and she is now earning money for what she does, without charging the customers, garunteeing buisness to go well. she is now 18 and has made over $3 million, just by selling ad space and making art, and it only cost her $8 to start its a true story. imagine what it would be like, with the proper investments, you could make it so you never work a day in your life, and always remain a kid. I started this thread for one reason and in the great words of Agent Smith, "It is enevitable" that we will need our own income. so I figured if we grouped together, found all our options, even links to get started, we could be the richest guild on gaia XD. so post ideas you get, i'm sure a lot of us would like to hear them. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ People with talent:
Zen Rider: Art and Sprites (possible future animation.)

Chromatic Blur: can animate tidbits, learning to program, has software! XP.
People finding their talents:
Xilo: has money to invest. XD (maybe web page design, and hosting since I have nothing better to do.)

Yeah I read about that chick, shes from around where I live at.
My dad wouldn't let me live it down for about a week, always saying stuff like "Why aren't you trying to make some money with thos goddamn computers?"
If we do organize some sort of small time company I'm all for it, give me a bit to come up with some decent ideas though.

The only thing I know can earn money (and I can do) is making plushies and selling them. If it's cute and fuzzy, people will buy it for 25 dollars. Even if it cost 15 to buy the fabric. xd

I think the first thing we need to do actually, is establish what talents we have. As an organization it's actually going to be harder than just coming up with some sort of money making plan if it were just one of us cause then all we'd have to do is focus on that one skill.
Me:
-I'm an artist.
-I can sprite edit quite well and with a little practice, I can probably create my own.
-I'm currently practicing animation.
-Aything else I can think of I'll add it.

Meta_Fish I can... crack jokes? Advertising? "Ur NOT mr gay if you buy our s**t!" That's actually legit, cause I suck at slogans and s**t, and we'll need some good advertising in today's world. We have to limit the members of our group for now though so what, perhaps 10 people for now?

That's actually legit, cause I suck at slogans and s**t, and we'll need some good advertising in today's world. We have to limit the members of our group for now though so what, perhaps 10 people for now? I don't think I'd be that good at slogans. I don't really have anything to bring to the table, anyway.

i'm probably gonna be like a designer, I could design the page, the menus and all that,
hell heres an idea, we can have multipul services on our page, art, advice, and so on.
yeah I like the only having 10 staff idea. starting out would be good to keep low numbers.
oh yeah since my parents care much about me making money, if this really gets off the ground, I can get advice where I should invest the money made, and how it should be spent. when it comes to money, my parents know where to put it.
well, I hope this idea works, even if between the few of us we only make $3 a week, it'll be something.
though i'm not sure what the rates are for web advertising on a new web page.
