I'm new to the guild here. But I'm not new to .Hack. I wanna get to know people. But that's off-subejct. sweatdrop
Actually, I have a question. Is Sora from the sign, first four games, and Twilight series REALLY Haseo from Roots/G.U.?

Yes, Sora and Haseo are one in the same person, the only differance is age, Sora = 10, Haseo = 17. You may be asking how? well, remember that Sora was in Skeith's staff, when he was released and his player awoke, he had no memory of "The World" nor any memory of what had transpired. There has been MUCH controversy in this because in UNISON Sora appears and gets down and funky with all the other .hack characters, this has created two dominant theories: 1: The Sora that is seen is a vagrant AI. 2: This episode is non-canon. Whatever you which to believe is up to you, but the facts dont lie, the player of haseo and Sora are the same and in G.U./Roots he has no knowledge of "The World" before then (SIGN/original games).

which peices of information? i did general character searches a while back and found out on my own. If your wanting speific locations unfortunatly i cant help you there because i dont remeber the links (it was a couple of months ago) The resources are there, you just got to find them, i do remember that it took me a couple hours and some coffee but its out there!

About Haseo formerly being Sora. Frankly, it sounds far fetched to me. And was it in a book, the //GU magazine or on someone's personal blog? confused

Thanks for answering. I saw that 'rumor' in lots of places, such as the .hack\G.U. site forum...I guess I'm one of nerds who needs proof. I saw it on Wiki...But as Lyneun said, don't trust trust it... whee feels good to know! I hate how short the .Hack\G.U. games are. XP And how they don't give much info in the games.

So then wait....If Haseo is Sora, then who's Sakaki? And Yata? *Darn .Hack//G.U. Page stare * I know I could be answering and looking too, but I don't really trust what I find...I find my info too...unrealistic. neutral

sakaki is a little brat in middle school i think.shows him in online jack. and i believe yata is wiseman,they just seem so alike.and wiseman was in the final battle against cubia and yata reflects on this

Affirmed. Yata is Wiseman. They allude to it pretty heavily in the games.

Correction: you CAN trust the .hack//Wiki at dothack.wikia.com. Regular Wikipedia, you cannot.
Reason? The .hack//Wiki is more heavily policed than regular Wikipedia; any errors are corrected nearly immediately, as there's nearly always someone on.
