Nah, I think that's the last episode of Roots, like there was a last episode of Sign called Unision. No new anime sprung up from that. But the CG trilogy is coming out, as well as .hack//LINK! Exciting, no?
But thanks for posting! <3 I hadn't seen it yet.

Destry Nah, I think that's the last episode of Roots, like there was a last episode of Sign called Unision. No new anime sprung up from that. But the CG trilogy is coming out, as well as .hack//LINK! Exciting, no?

It stars Tokio Kowloon and Ayaka AMAGI (dun dun dun!), and seem to feature a lot of irl (as shown by us only knowing their real names - I think his PC name might be Tokio though). It takes place in The World R:X, in the year 2020.

That was a complete lie. But anyway, there are a lot of websites on the 'net that always get updates on .hack, so it's not difficult to come across news like that. My favorite is DotHackers.net, which also has some information about .hack//LINK. (:
I don't know if it'll be a trilogy-- certainly there won't be a game for it any time soon, but hell if I know-- but it's something, at least.

There where TONS of rumors about .hack being over after the movie, I'm so glad thats not true ;<
