Kyou focuses a large amount of wind chakra around her lance, which swirls around then takes the form of a dragon. She then charges forward at the opponent thrusting the lance at them. If this hits not only will the lance stab into the opponent but the wind created dragon will bite into them causing elemental damage.

Character Description: A black haired, green eyed photographer. Wields a lance with ferocity then takes pictures of her victims which she keeps in a photo album. Ironically enough this is the same photo album she keep pictures of her friends and allies in. Doesn't wear anything to identify her rank or old village. Keeps her hair back with a hair band it doesn't fall in her face. Wears a dark purple kimono cut to about knee length so as not to hinder her movement any more than needed. She keeps her photo album and camera tripod in her travel pack keeping the camera inside her kimono in an inner pocket she sewed into it just for that purpose.
