I do, it's actually rather worrying.
Even my friends have started to do it, and some of them don't even watch Doctor Who.
Then again, sometimes they do it on purpose to scare me....
But yeah, I do it subconciously all the time. Don't worry, it's normal for a Who fan to do so. I think... wink

this morning i was waiting for my toast to pop up and i realised i was just tapping away
i tend to do it most on the school piano in my elective music class and i think they've all just learnt to ignore me

its funny, start tapping out that rhythm in study hall and soon enough you get every one tapping along, gotta hand it to the Master, he is damn catchy

I tap it but it's entirely conscious.
Though, whenever I want to tap something, it's always that rhythm...

My brother does that. I find it sort of irritating, but he does do it when I'm actually trying to watch Dr Who, so I'm not just being grumpy for no reason. xp

Really? I've played the theme song in class (we did an adaption of it for our theatre music composition) and i didn't notice
the beat is more *quaver* *quaver* *quaver* *quaver* *pause* *quaver* *quaver* *quaver* *quaver* and the theme song *dotted quaver* *quaver* *quaver* *dotted quaver* *quaver* *quaver* *dotted quaver* *quaver* *quaver*
if that makes any sense

in the promo for the finale tho they were playing the theme song as they were tapping, and i could tell right off its pretty much the same beat. =]
maybe the masters brainwashing us using the show. haaa. XP
