(I just wanted to see what you guys thought of it...)
Starting a Revolution!
Sometime around January I announced to my closest friends and family that I was going to start a revolution. I talked about it constantly for a week or two then slowly, I realized noone else was in this with me. My thought: Epic fail! Of course you need people to create a revolution, without them there is no revolution. Since I did not have anyone supporting my plan, I dropped it. Or did I?
Ya see, to understand the entire thing you have to know the whole story. So allow me to take you back. Back when I was still a little sophomore with braces on my teeth, I heard a song. This song... it was different then anything I've ever heard. It was not an incoherent rap song, it was not a shout your head of rock song, it wasn't even a bubbly pop song. No. This was from a generation long forgotten. This song, was disco. And being the muscisian that I am, I indulged myself into this genre that was oh so new to me. I researched, I listened, I danced, I sang, I heard everything from The Jackson 5 to ABBA to The Bee Gees, to name a few. And I loved it. But sadly, I was the only one.
I craved to hear a nice Barry White song one day so I called up my favorite radio station and politely asked if he could "Play that funky music white boy". To my disbelief he laughed at me and hung up. I never did hear "Never, Never Gonna Give You Up". As I sat there staring at the phone that laid in my palm, I made a plan. Yes! I planned a revolution. And that was to bring...back...disco!
Unfortunatly my friends scoffed at me when I walked into school and pronounced my epic plan. Who needs them anyway? I'll tell you who...me. So as they continued to shoot down my ideas of wearing one piece jumpsuits and afros bigger then the planet Pluto (Yes, although scientifically it is not a planet, I don't believe it should have been demoted the way it was.) I seemingly dropped my ideas for bringing back discos.
But now it's July, and I have another announcement. Over the past seven months, I have locked myself away in my basement, gone without food or sleep, I've worked countless hours plotting and schemeing. And finally I have a complete plan for bringing back disco. However, I have been informed that the Predisent good ol' G.W is very against this idea. He claims he is against any radicals, so I am not going to write down my plot in this blog. There is however a number of ways you can find it out.
A) Just ask me.
B) I have developed a secret code in my blogs. If you read each one carefully you too will now the secret to B.B.D as I like to call it.
3) I really don't have a third option, I have just noticed then whenever listing things it's always best to have them in three's
So my fellow people either you're in or you're out! What's it going to be?
Your Dictator of Disco,
~Kelsey J.

I think I speak for the majority at least when I say, for the first time ever:
Back away, not today, Disco Lady.

So you don't actually like disco? The writing isn't bad, but if you actually plan on bringing back disco you're wasting your life away.

I don't want to say too much since it's comedy gold, but think of Legend of Zelda, but substitute Link for a rude, perverted rock god with a drinking problem and switch the ocarina for a guitar.

kjcfender You are missing the point! I read everything and I know it wasn't your point. I don't care. Disco still sucks.

We should respect disco...The parents of most of us here met each other in a Mightclub, dancing on the Bee Gees and The Police...
My point is, if it wasn't from Disco, most of us won't be here
I know, that sounds stupid
