Love your opinion I think she was supposed to be put in Ravenclaw i remember this by reading it on the Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix because she was highly intelligent probaly more thatn some of the seventh years! blaugh

Damn straight Hermione's more important than some *cough* most*cough* of the seventh years. I believe it was a member of the DA who expressed shock and disbelief that she was not a Ravenclaw. the thing is Hermione is either braver than she is intelligent or values her bravery more than her intelligence. In book 1 I think she mentioned she'd rather be in gryffindor than any other. I'm guessing it came down to a choice for her between Ravenclaw and Gryffindor like with Harry with Slytherin and she simply chose Gryffindor.

She was the one who started the DA Dumbledore's Army yea and I agree with you as well plus she was braver more the wiser. So yea everything you said was true

I absolutely love Hermoine. For pretty much the same reasons as you, Zaurak.

Hermoine has to be one of my all time favorite characters.
Not only is she smart, loyal and brave, but just when you think you have her figured out she goes off in the opposite direction. Kinda like how she took the blame for the troll in the bathroom..I didn't think she would do that...

I always wondered why Hermione wasn't put into Ravenclaw. But another funny thing is that she fixed Harry's glasses on the train on the train but they hadn't studied anything. It wasn't even the first day of school. How would she know? She is muggle born so her parents couldn't have thaught her anything. So it doesn't make sence.

maybe she have already read her basic spell books that''s why dhe already know how to repair or fix harry''s glasses. remember.. she''s a bokworm... i really like her bravery and intelligence. that''s why i sometimes think that she''s going to be the heir of the gryffindor house. it''s like she''s the teen image of mcgonagall.

Hermione is the best of everyone in Harry Potter she's basically the one who discovers how to get to those mysteries and stuff.

very true...Harry couldnt have figured out about the basilisk without her...they couldnt have gotten through the devils snare without her...couldnt have made the polyjuice potion without her....Im sure that there are many more things to add to this list but I am too tired (and lazy) to bother writing them ALL down. point is that without Hermionie they'd probably be dead by now

Hermione is a good character in the book she's a very loyal friend to harry and ron. Even though her and Ron have their tiffs they're still friends. Hermione is a very clever witch and will prove a great asset in the final battle.

devon1993391 I always wondered why Hermione wasn't put into Ravenclaw. But another funny thing is that she fixed Harry's glasses on the train on the train but they hadn't studied anything. Hermione's a bookworm, so she had probably already read through all of the school books they needed in the first year. Hermione is one of my favorites, too. But sadly she comes in about third or fourth place on my list. I love her smart nature and how she always fights with Ron. It's cute how those two fight. (Spoiler!) ..And it's cute when they start to go out. X3I also dressed up as her two Halloweens ago. ninja
