Yeah, the Honey Trees aren't very reliable. But really, all you need is any three Burmy, right? 'Cause it transforms with the kind of terrain you sent it out on. Grass, rocks/bare ground, and indoors.

Hmm. But how do you raise a Burmy indoors if you've already won most indoor battles? Other than the Elite Four, not much you can do.

I think you have to have them faint on the different types. Have one faint on grass, in a cave, in the Elite Four? Fuego Ironworks? Somewhere inside.

Yeah. sweatdrop I caught one last night but I need two more. It'd be easier just to breed them, really. And, actually, the only reason to have one of each one would be for completeness sake (IE, having one of each variant). In which case, it makes no sense for me to let you borrow mine. If what you want is three females and one male so that you can create your own complete Burmy line, I can help with that.

I don't have many Pokemon to trade so it'd be a little easier for me. sweatdrop

Right, but I'd rather just send one junk Pokemon that I already have rather than three junk pokemon I just caught...that'd be a waste of pokeballs.

I'm glad I transferred that Shiny Ditto from Emerald. When I wanna breed a Sinnoh-native Pokemon, the Ditto breeds much faster with it. Shoulda seen all the Scyther eggs I got.

No different than breeding two Scythers together, of course. Yeah, but Ditto breeds with more pokemon than Scyther. Now, if it were a Kanto Scyther and a Sinnoh Scyther, they would mate even faster. But Ditto's good enough for mating with just about every Pokemon. Is it me, or is Ditto.....?

Actually, they just need to have different trainer IDs in order to gain that benefit. Regions don't come into the equation. Ditto breeding is a good starting point, but if you're going to be IV breeding then Ditto simply sucks, save for pokemon which breed into child forms (E.G. Elekid, Magby, Pichu, Buneary, etc) or pokemon which are genderless (and thus require Ditto to breed at all).
