Well all know our favorite characters really well. However, most seem to think that they are all evil, or all good, which isn't true. Here is where you prove them wrong.
Pick your favroite/most hated charatcer and write "the good, the bad, and the ugly" about them.

Good-I dunno, she's nice, and forgiving
Bad-She's very stern
Ugly-She has lotsa wrinkles. I'm kidding. Haha. Hah.

Draco Malfoy:
The Good: Willing to do anything for his parents.
The Bad: Has a sadistic streak and is rather uncaring of others' feelings.
The Ugly: Black makes him look like a vampire.... sweatdrop I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "The Ugly."

Most hated char.- Pansy Parkinson
The good- Hmm this is a hard one...shes good to Draco
The bad- Shes stuck up Dracos a**.
The ugly- Her face the way I imagine. xD
Fav.- Draco Malfoy
The good- He's would do anything for his parents and shows graet love for Slytherin and it has been proved by JKR that he has a heart.
The Bad- the way he acts toward other people (I personally dont have a problem with that)
The ugly- There is none. xP

Heh, I knew it. Which is why I did Malfoy insead of my real most hated chracters: Wormtail and Fudge.
What did you mean by ugly then? From a personality standpoint, bad and ugly mean the same thing.

Ah, okay then. That makes sense.
I''ll do one of my favorite characters now:
Remus John Lupin
The Good: He''s wise, smart, considerate, and kind.
The Bad: He put Harry''s life at risk (well, he thought he was putting Harry''s life at risk) by not informing Dumbledore that Sirius was an animagus because of the purely selfish reason that he didn''t want to lose Dumcbledore''s respect.
The Ugly: Premature wrinkles xd

Dolores Umbridge
The Good: Nothing.
The Bad: Evil, maniacal, hates Harry, and a lot of other stuff.
The Ugly: Everything about her.

Umbridge has a sense of justice and wants to keep the Wizarding World well and whole and not seized by panic. She's just overzealous about it.

Favorite character- Neville.
The Good- He's a great freind. He's very brave, yet he doesn't even know it himself. He has a great heart, and he's very sweet.
The bad- He doesn't remember that well and he doesn't really speak his mind.
The ugly- x3 He has a toad. -shivers-
Least Favorite Character- Umm, that's hard. I guess Fenrir Greyback.
The Good- He seems to take pride in being a werewolf.
The Bad- He has a strange way of thinking.
The ugly- He's old. x3
