I thought the guild could use a rp. We can have 10 Doctors, any one else can be an assistant to the doctor or an enemy.

Rules:

1. NO GODMODING!
2. NO CHANGING THE TIMESTREAM FROM WHAT IT IS TODAY.
3. Only ten people can be the doctor
4. no killing anyone's charicter with out there permission unless it's an alien(Not including the doctor)
5. You can only be two charicters at a time.

The doctor sat in his TARDIS. He thought to himself, "Now where will I go now?" He was at a time rift in California, refuling. It was 1947, the US had been out of war for a while.

The Ruler was in 1204 causing chaos, as usual. A small battle between Spain and France had turned into an anialation of both sides, due to the sonic screwdiver he caried around.

Susan Smith walked down the streets of California headed for work. She paused when she spotted a Blue Police Box. There was a flash of memory, but she shook it aside. What is a Police Box doing here in California?
It may be someone's idea of a practical joke. She knocked on the door. "Is anyone in there?"
She can't help but to think that there's something important about this. But she could not put her finger on it. Once again she just shrugged it off.

I opened the door to the TARDIS.
"Hello?" I asked. I then saw the girl. "Have we met, you seem very familar?" I asked. She seemed familiar. I could almost put my finger on it.  

[Triska]

OOC: Um, he's not 8900. He's just 900 or so. And he wouldn't know Susan. He didn't even know the Master's human name when he was human. Familiarity could take place. But I don't think the name would. And lets not move into the watch soon. I want to play around with that one.

Susan took a step back when a man opened the door. "No, I don't believe so. Not unless we've passed each other out in Briton. But I was wondering, what are you doing with..."
She paused when she looked behind him. It looked like the interior is larger than what it looks like on the outside. For some strange reason Susan didn't find it to be strange. "hmm. What are you doing with a Police Box here in California?"

"Uh, funny you should metion. It realy isn't something you would get." I said, sratching behind my ear.

The Ruler went into his TARDIS and travled to 1947, San Fransisco.
"PEOPLE OF EARTH! I WILL RULE OVER YOU AND MAKE THIS PUNY PLANET INTO A NEW GALLIFREY!" He boomed.

"And how is that," asked Susan as she looked quizzically at what she could see around the guy. "Is this something set up as a joke or something? Basically I do find it rather amusing."
Suddenly a sound was heard like someone speaking through a loud speaker. When it was over, Susan looked around and said, "Now that on another was not funny."

"Not good." I wispered. The Ruler would be difficult.

Susan eyed the man suspiciously. "Who are you?"
There's something familiar about this man. Something from her dreams she could hardly remember. Same as with this box. She could almost swear she had seen it before.
"Do you know anything about the man that made that mad announcement?"
