Well there's a difference between it should and if I want it to.
Of course I want a Skip Beat! anime, but I understand why there isn't and probably won't be one. The series is too long for an anime that isn't all action-y. If they did make a Skip Beat! anime it would be much shorter than the manga and that would probably frustrate me to no end.
*sigh* I really do want one though.

Of COURSE there should be a SkipBeat anime... even if it were shorter... as long as they included all the awesome and key scenes, Toro would be happy.... >___<
I mean, COME ON, bright pink jumpsuits, grudge spirits... it's not your typical shojou manga... THE ANIME WORLD MUST KNOW!!!! >__<

I think that it would be awesome to have Skip Beat! as an anime, but they'll take out alot of stuff out, so it wouldn't be the same. But i'd still watch, Skip Beat! FOREVER!! heart heart

YES YES YES!!!!
I really really really want they make Skip Beat into an anime. Why?
1) Skip Beat is awesome manga with a different twist in the traditional love triangle. (a girl like two guys and don't know which one to choose)
2) Skip Beat have drama, action, fantasy and specially comedy (Kyoko's demons are hilarious)
3) Did I mention I Love Skip Beat (That reason enough to turn it an anime)

i think it should be made into an anime. there are other animes out there that started out as a manga and are still really long. like Naruto or Bleach. i think they should do it.

Mmm... I say no.
Not because I don't like Skip Beat, though. I wouldn't be in the guild if that were true. But Skip Beat has a tendency to show everyone's reactions (which can be important). This is something that works in manga, but gets very boring in anime. Also, can you imagine trying to draw Skip Beat characters in true anime style? I can't. x_x
It's not a matter of me liking Skip Beat or not - it's more, would it even *work* as an anime? How much would they have to change to make it work? The latter's answer seems to be "quite a bit," and I like my anime being the same as the manga, so.

No, I think a Skip Beat! anime wouldn't be a good idea. Skip Beat as a manga is very complex. There is no possible way they could put everything that is in the manga into the anime. And if they leave anything out, I feel that they would leave out a substantial part of what makes it good.

YYYEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSS OF COURSE IT SHOULD BE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really hope they don't cut out the Ren x Kyoko thing... That's one of the best parts!!!
The only thing is that the characters voices could turn out weird. Like they could give Kyoko a squeeky high-pitched voice like most girls in animes have!!! *scared*
