The building has many nurses and doctors who are dedicated to only healing. All their techniques are all healing from all different innates. Posting here will heal pretty much any damage and restore your ki.

Vect entered the hospital meeting 3 nurses surrounding him. "Most of his wounds are healed. But i believe after going into the inferno lake his skin may be burnt. Please help him the best you can." Vect put him on a stretcher while they took him away. "All this before the tournament." He turned around and left back to his home.

Tsune slowly regains conciousness "huh" a nurse nearby walks over to him "you should take it easy, you really did a number to yourself" her voice was a little raspy and hard to hear but carried sincerity with it. " What happened to Kanon" "Oh him, we heard he had blacked out but don't know why, word is that he wasn't even scratched but a doctor has gone to see if there was any trauma that might have caused it" Tsune struggles to sit up "You should stay down and rest, your body still needs time to recover" the nurse said rushing to Tsune trying to gently lay him back down "I can't, I still have more work I have to do" he falls back down on the bed laughing "I knew it, I knew this would happen but still, to make it this far was better than i expected, I guess i'll let my body rest" "Good, I have to go check on some other patience but if you need anything hit the buzzer"the nurse said walking out while simultaneously pointing to a buzzer next to the bed

After several days of being in the hospital Tsune leaves "Better go get some trainning done"
