Large, powerful paws moved through the dunes, crossing the desert with no effort. Dark mane billowing in the slight wind, Bodaway couldn't help the pride rising in his chest. Even though it had taken just about his whole life, he'd gotten a slave. A Pridelander, no less! He looked back, smirking just a little. She was a sight, that was for sure, with her striking black and white pelt... And she was Kiunguza's. "Keep up the pace, now..."

The pale femme picked up her paws a little as Bodaway called for her, her shorder legs didn't carry her nearly as swiftly over the soft movable sands as they did the large males. Her ears were flattened tightly against her head and she panted every so often. She was tired. She had never walked so far in her whole life. Licking her pale lips she raced to keep up slipping and sliding over the sand on paws that wern't used to travelling accross the desert.

"Are you sure we're going the right way?" she panted her soft green eyes rather more frightened than they had been when they had left the safty of the pridelands and travelled in to this unformidable land. What was going to happen to her was anyones guess, she had slowly started to get an inkling that perhaps Bodaway wasn't trying to help her but she allowed her nievety to continue, after all it had always been her way that she would trust anyone whom spoke a kind word to her. Foolish really but it was the way she was raised and she was happy to be this way.

The problem was, her mind had started to work over time and she realised that perhaps she had made a grevious mistake following this male out of the pridelands. She had a feeling they wern't out to find her sister at all any more, if infact they had ever been. What was to become of her now? Noone evenknew where she was...

The large lioness swooned from her den full of cubs as she heard the noise of footprints outside of her home. Her nose flared, and her blue eyes focused on the two figures standing idle outside. She grinned widely at her mate, and then slowly padded up to him, a slant in her eyes. She walked past Bodaway, her tail touching his nose. "You are too kind, Boda. Is this little beauty for me?" She sat beside the towering male on her haunces, and stared the pridelander directly in the eyes.

"Do you have a name for this slave, or ... shall I make one up?" She turned to look at the male. "Thank you for bringing her to me. She'll be a great aid for the cubs, all five of them. Since I do not really desire to use all my strength right now. I need to regain all i've lost from birthing your cubs." She snorted, and then flicked the sand about on the ground.

The male purred as he stopped, tail curling and ears perked. "Yes... Just for you, my dear." He looked back at the piebald lioness, eyes shining a bit. "This little Pridelander is Radi... Niave little thing..." He let out a chuckle. That would soon be removed... No more niavety for her! His eyes turned towards the den, where their children were.

Her words were lost in her throat as she heard what the lioness said. Slave? She swallowed hard and looked around, nothing but great expances of sand surrpunded her, her footprints had washed away with their movements, no scent carried on the wind. She was alone here. Tears welle din her pale eyes. "Pl..please...I want to go home now.."She squeeked her voice so low in her throat it was barely a whisper. What had she done to deserve this? She had always been good, always been careful, always been loving, she had loved the land she was born upon and her family. Why had she trusted the large red male?

It was a question she didn't need to answer, she knew why, because she could, she always trusted before she asked questions. Sinking to her belly on the sand she quivered in a frightened manner. "Please! let me go home..please?" Her eyes darted between the large male and the similarily large female. This was the last thing she had expected. She had come out to find her sister, to perhaps rescue her but instead she had become the one in need of rescue.

She had no idea what to do, apparantly she had been convinced in to slavery by her own nievety.

Kiunguza glared at Radi. "Oh young child, i'm afraid you have no choice in the matter. Its do or die in the land of the Motoujamii. You have been brought here with the sole intent of becoming my personal slave and nothing more. So don't beg and plea. This isn't a child's land. Its a slave land. Soon you might come face to face with many more of your kind. They are plentiful in these barren lands."

She simply said nothing more, and then turned and began walking back towards the den. "Bodaway, bring her inside. I need to make it clear of what her duties are." She slowly slinked into the den, and then stood inside. She viewed the cubs, and then came back over to them, a smile on her maw. She laid down and revealed her belly, as she allowed the cubs to eat. Even though a slave was in their precense, she didn't care. The slave would soon be helping her out, anyways. So feeding time would be common.

"Radi -- your job will be just like any other slave's job. You will assist me in raising my cubs. And please stay to what I ask of you. If any harm comes to my cubs, or anyone else I know, your life will end. My father, the great King would not appreciate a slave harming his grandchildren." She scowled at the Pridelander.

The male nodded, nudging Radi inside. "The only way you're leaving these lands, little slave, is if you die. And believe me..." He chuckled darkly, tail curling. "That's a kind way to meet a Firekin." A full-on laugh erupted as he followed Kiunguza in.

Curling against her mother's belly, the solid white cub barely twitched an ear. Oh, how she disliked the loud noises... Well, some of them. She found comfort in her father's booming voice, her mother's way of talking... Comfort and familiarity from them and her sisters.

Radi snuffled quietly, her belly pressed against the warm ground. She was a slave? She had to serve this red firekin? Eyes watered uncontrobaly, her vision becoming obscured. She wished desperately that this was a dream, that this was a nightmare, that she was home, comfortable, warm, snuggled in to her mother.

She knew that it was just a wish. The scent of the desert surrounded her and dulled her already soft sences, the knowlege that she was toi serve this mother and her cubs. It made her baulk. She wanted to go home, she desperately wanted to go home.

Couching she splurted away the sand from her nostrils and crawled forwards. She didn't know how to serve, how to act as a slave, she didn't know what to do, but the firekin, the big red male whom had spun her endless lies, he stood above her laughing. She was afraid, afraid thats he would never see her family again, which by Bodaways tone, was the truth. She wasn't getting out of here unless she was dead.
