Ok, no one freak out too badly. But, as the title implys, a second Hikage will be crowned in the future.
Why? For those of you who don't know, I am a high school senior with plans of attending a four university in California. I have little to no idea how much free time I will have there, and that's why I want a Second Hikage. He/She will watch over and manage the guild while I'm away, and will serve more like a vice-president. This does not mean I am leaving, of course. I will drop in whenever I can and check in on the several friends I have made here. This guild is a part of me, and I won't let it go so easily.
Who will be the Second Hikage? That's a very, very good question. I have a few people in mind, but this is a huge responsibility that I just don't want to hand out like candy.
Can I be the Second Hikage? Perhaps, if you can handle it. As time gets closer to my graduation(around June), I will post an application form that any particpants will have to fill out. More information on this process will be updated as that time comes closer.
What does this job entail? While I'm here, you get the benefit of being the top two ninja in the entire village and guild. I'll help you with guild matters and other such things. But, while I'm gone, you're in charge. You decide what to do with the guild's money, solve disputes, organize events, recruit members, and anything else I may have forgotten. As you can see, this job can be a bit of a burden.
Why would I want this job? I have never regretted forming this guild or working towards it's continuation. It's a lot of work, but you'll get a huge kick out of it. Trust me.
Why are you posting this so early? I want whoever is interested to think long and hard before they apply for this position. Remember, I will pick the person I feel most capable of taking care of our guild.
Thank you all for reading this, and good luck to any who choose to pursue this grand oppurtunity!
