  [[This is a RP for me and dark & Mira. If you want to join. Please ask. ^^]]Neo smiled as he tucked a rose behind his ear. If anyother female other than his mate and sister, he loved his mother the most. He was grown up, had his own family, but he stayed close to his orginal family to see his mother and brother, who knows what other family might be coming. He smiled and turned back to his son. "Come on Aranck." He smiled, and padded across the borders of his pride and into his fathers.
Aranck nodded. He dicided to tag along. He was also grown up but didn't want to leave his fathers pride. Him and his mate and his mouse lived their with his brothers one of their mates and his mother and father. The sun beat down on him but he was fine with it. If you were born into this heat you would get used to it.

 A small hum could be heard from the water's edge. The Whispers in the Dark Queen had been taking her daily bath. The days had become so hot that she couldn't stand it much anymore. And besides, the desert lands had gotten so quiet lately, nothing else could be done. Her youngest son, Neo, left with his mate, Ainluraine. They had a family of their own now, three boys she heard, and needed the space for themselves. Synda gave a slight yawn, wading in the waters. She wasn't completely alone. Her mate and love of her life, Blake, was still with her as well as her daughter, Holly, and eldest son, Halo. She truly treasured all of her children, and counted the blessings for another day. Even if it would hurt to see them gone. The Whispers' Prince gave out a rumble of a roar. He had just awoke from a nap. He had been debating whether he should leave the pride or not. Songstress had become his mate, but he could not leave the pride. It was few in number already, and his mother was so saddened at Neo's departure. Little brother left so soon; it was shocking that he had already found a mate, and planned on children. Well, apparently it ran in the family. He chuckled at the thought, jumping down from his perch heading toward the river where his mother could usually be found. Halo stopped short when a familiar scent entered the lands. "Neo..." He breathed.

Neo was chuckling as he was exercising his son in a way. "Come on if you didn't think you could keep up then I want to know why you came!" He shouted over his shoulder and slowed his running pace to more of a sprint. He was half way to the den and he let out a Roar, letting his family know he was their. He made sure his rose was still there for his mom and he smiled and turned back to his son.
Aranck was surprized at his dads energy, but yet he was not. Neo was alway full of energy, he was positive and loving. The earlist things he rembers of his dad is him chacing him and his brothers around and him singing Arancks Tired mom to sleep. Aranck smiled and wondered where his grandma was. He smiled as both him and his father slowed their paces.

Synda's ears perked at the noise. Had Neo come for a visit? It was wonderful that he still remembered the family. Tail flicking, she quickly stepped from the water, shaking her paws a bit. She let out her own familiar roar, running across the path of her son. "I'll get your father. Greet your brother why don't you?" She requested. Licking his nose, she sprinted for the cave calling for Blake.
"But of course, Mother." He murmured. Twitching his nose at the affectionate gesture, he ruffled his wings slightly and trotted toward the boarder. There he saw Neo, his kid brother, and apparently another. That seemed to be one of the three sons that was mentioned. Which one still wasn't clear enough for Halo. Family matters were all confusing to him, no matter how hard he tried. Fixing his tilted halo, he gave a wide grin. "Brother! Welcome!" He called out.

"Come on son!" Neo said smiling. With out even calling back he bounded toward his brother. "Halo!" He skitted to a stop in front of him and he smiled. "BROTHER!" He pawed at Halos mane and smiled. "It feels good to be back, even for a vist." He smiled and looked around. "Where is everyone? How have you been?"
Aranck smiled and caught up to his dad again. "Hello uncle Halo." He smiled and bowed to his uncle. He sat behind his dad and shimmered a bit, trying to tell the stars where he was.

Blake had been taking his own sabbatical from the heat deep inside in the cave where the river ran through it. It was much cooler down here, though he ran the risk of not hearing anyone roar when they came to the pride's borders. Since very few needs had been pressing as of late, he doubted there was much that he'd miss...besides, Synda was out swimming and she knew where he was if anything should happen. Having patrolled the borders that morning, he'd greeted his mate before turning into the cave and taking a long deep drink of the icey cold water before settling down for a long nap. Soon the sound the water sung him into a deep sleep, where even the sound of Synda's voice didn't reach him for once.
Holly had secluded herself in the nearby grove of trees, watching the resident rabbits play a game of tag in the shade. As the pride didn't hunt those that already lived on the oasis, the little group knew they were safe from most if not all harm. They also knew the lions by sight, and so weren't scared when one should happen upon them. Holly loved to watch them play, and would take time out as often as she could to do so...their innocence and trust of the pride amazed her.
Deep into the game, the sound of her mother's voice merely made her flick her ear before she realized she was calling for her dad...and sounded very pleased! Was she pregnant? Nah...she doubted Mom would break the news quite like this, it didn't seem like her way. Curious about who had perhaps come, she got up and trotted towards the den entrance in time to see her mom run up. "Hey, Mom, what's up?"

Synda stopped for a moment, smiling upon her daughter. Out of her three children, Holly looked the most like both parents. She had her father's marking pattern, but mother's colors. Synda gave a slight chuff. "Holly. Synda glad to see Holly about. Synda about to get Blake. Neo at the boarder. Go greet Neo, Holly? Halo already there." She nodded, licking her daughter's cheek before sprinting off again.
She slipped into the cave quietly. Going into the darkest part, she gave a gentle sigh, staring over at her lazy husband. Well, he wasn't lazy since there wasn't much going on in the desert, but most of the time, all he did was sleep! Rolling her eyes gently, she nudged her nose against his cheek gently purring. "Blake. Blake, heart, wake. Neo is at the boarder. Holly and Halo greet Neo now, but Blake need to get up." She licked his nose and cheek trying to rise him from his sleep.
Halo smirked. "Neo! My, you're doing well, little brother." He nosed at Neo's cheek, pawing at his mane as well. "Yes, well the Oasis has missed the presence of the three Whispers children." He nodded. "Everyone is fine. Dad's trying to get Mom pregnant again, and Holly has found love, as well as myself." He gave a sheepish smile.
Looking over at his nephew, he beamed. "Aranck! Dear Fates, you've grown!" He nuzzled the starry male, pawing at his mane. "And you've got your mane! Wow, I really am getting old..." Halo laughed, shaking his head gently.

Neo laughed. "I would belive it my brother, mom and dad are always at it." Neo laughed and sat back and smiled. "You have a mate, congrats... but what is this about Holly? Who dares to be out little sisters mate." His brow furrowed and he made a slight face. He shook his mane off and smiled proudly at Halos comments about Aranck.
"Thank you uncle Halo." He laughed. "I have a mate to." He said proud and then looked up at the sky for a moment and started shimmering. "And thank you." He smiled at his mane and then looked up. "Any cousins for me yet?" He asked cocking his head to the side.
