Her blue hair snapped in the breeze as Arahila wandered out of the training area. It had been awhile since she had had some time to just go and work on her contortionist act and a smile lit her lips at the thought. With all the stress of trying to find a more useful routine she had forgotten how much she loved to simply bend and twist as she felt like it. Diablo and dancing sessions had slowly been taking her time away from her true passion and her mind kept playing with trying to incorporate them all. Her flexibilty could help with dance and add several moves that could liven a dance set up...but Diablo might be fun too. Somehow, maybe she could do it while bending...
Her thoughts were abrubtly interupted as she tripped and flailed her arms to keep her balance. Brushing her hair behind one ear, she looked around embarrassed to see if anyone had seen her lose her balance.

Chiyako sighed as she walked down the hallways of the stage, wandering aimlessly. She had just arrived the night before, with the help of a certain young man, and was still drowsy from sleep. She had made it to her dream. THAT was what mattered the most to her. So many things were still to be decided, like what she would major her preformances in. She found herself begining to leave the building, but stopped, half inside, half outside.
She squeaked as the girl fell, still standing in the doorway. As the girl's gaze fell onto her, Chiyako's face flushed with embaressment. "I..Erm..A-Are you alright?" She inquired, holding onto the doorframe.

Arahila blushed deeply and looked down. "I-I'm fine. Thanks."
Damnit, someone had seen her. Oh well, could have been worse, but it was still embarrassing. Especially when she had never seen this girl before. Pushing her hair back some more she looked up and smiled meekly. "Umm...I don't think we've met. I'm Arahila."

Chiyako walked over to Arahila, smiling back. She offered a hand to the girl to help her get back up.
"I'm Chiyako Maeda. I'm new to the stage, so.." She smiled again, blushing slightly as well. It was only her first day, and already she was 'at home' with the area.

Arahila's blush deepened again as she accepted the offered hand and stood up. She seemed to be getting herself into many blush worthy situations lately and she wasn't liking it much.
"Nice to meet you...Chiyako?" She said the girls name slowly to make sure she had gotten it right. It was odd, kinda like her own, and she liked the sound of it. "Don't worry too much about being new. We all were at some point...I still am myself." Since coming here Arahila had decided it was time to open more and try to make friends. It was useless to hole up like she sometimes felt like doing.

Chiyako smiled, helping her new friend out. Arahila would be the 2nd person she had met who was in the stage.
"Yeah. I've been waiting 5 years to come here..It's really strange suddenly being here, you know?" Chiyako smiled, laughing slightly. "It's thanks to Reginald I made it here..I was lost in Barton last night." She admitted, "It's hard to belive how much a city can change!"

Arahila stood and dusted herself off as the girl talked. She was about to say what had made the girl want to come here for 5 years when Regi was brought up and she stopped. Luckily the conversation changed quickly and Arahila didn't have to think much on what he was doing in Barton in last night. "I really wouldn't know...I'm still new to the area. I don't have anything to compare it too but I'll take your word on it." Smiling she tucked her hair behind her ear and looked around. "So...what do you specialize in?"

Chiyako stopped, turning slightly pink. She looked away uneasily. "I..Err..I don't have a..Specialty yet..." She shyly admitted. "I'm what you might call a 'Renaissance Girl'." She used finger quotes as she spoke. "I know a little bit of everything, but not necessarily good at any of it yet..."

Arahila simply nodded. "Guess I'm heading in that direction...trying my hand at a few different things." A wind blew her hair back into her face and she sighed, trying to clear her vision of it. "Hey, you want to get lunch?" She asked quietly, trying to be confident for once but semi-failing.

Chiyako smiled and nodded. "Lunch would be great! I'm sure you know the area better than I do." She laughed quietly as well, her wind also molesting her hair.

Arahila just laughed nervously. "Actually, I've been so focused on trying to train I haven't left the campus much. So as for good places to eat...I know the cafeteria and a little coffee shop on the other side." Smiling a little she looked around. "So umm...either of those or maybe we can explore and find something new, right?"

Chiyako smiled and nodded, still very cheerful. "That sounds like fun! At least we both won't be alone, and it's always better to go exploring with a friend, right?" She brought up.

"Right." Arahila said, attempting to be as friendly as this new girl but falling a little short. Why did she have to be so damn shy all the time?! Looking around finally pointed towards the gates in the distance. "I don't think Barton is too far, so I guess we could walk. Not like either of us is out of shape."

"Yeah." Chiyako smiled. "It'll help strengthen our legs too, right? That's always good." She gave a light laugh, looking up at the sky again. Somehow, the sky always managed to amaze and inspire her. It was sort of like her small good luck charm.

"Sure." Arahila said, turning to walk towards the gate. This girl was a little odd but no more odd then any other people she had met since coming here. There was the loud Shima, quiet Ramajan (until he got around Shima), vampire Reginald, demon Levana...the list just went on and on. Why should a perky girl be anything odd? As Arahila turned her head to ask what kinda of food Chiyako liked she noticed she had been walking alone for the last few steps while her new friend stared at the sky. Politely looking at the ground, she clasped her hands behind her back and waited for her to catch up.
