It's like the Dir en grey Uncyclopedia article, where it says that the first proposed name for the band was the "Give-a-Darn Gang", which was later changed by Kaoru because the term "gang" had a negative connotation that was not family-friendly. It was thereby changed to the "Give-a-Darn Fellows".
