Mika brushed his fingers through his hair once more as he turned another corner of the labyrinth, it was still confusing finding his way through here, despite the fact that Eidolon was supposedly making it easy for him, it had still taken him about an hour.. there was the oscasional path that still led to nowhere, and the occasional one that seemed to go in circles, but he was almost there now. The black and white skirk he was so fond of was worn today over a pair of pure white velvet trousers that brushed together slightly as he walked, the were large on his thin legs. The top was the same as usual, white, slightly lace trimmed, though not as corset styled as he often wore, he was curvy enough without the corset, they just helped in courage his curves to show more as they weren't baggy. Finally he found himself rounding the last corner, the castle gates were there... he was relieved, he had to admit it as he had been beginning to worry that he had somehow managed to lose himself in the twisting turning walls with their odd inhabitants. He had met Leoven, the Unseelie he was here to visit abour five weeks before, he had been asked to visit much sooner than this.. on the day they had met in fact, they had clicked fairly well, a conversation standingin the ball room, then a rather awkward forced dance.. but since then, over the last few weeks they had written to each other very frequently, two or three letters each week.. enough to earn him some teasing from his elder brother.. but itwas nice regardless to have developed a friendship with somone outside the pixie world.. he and his brother were rather different after all... Now.. where was his unseelie friend...

Leoven descended the steps at the front of the castle. That oaf of a goblin king had not returned from his latest journey and he had been left behind yet again to babysit his tiny minions. He would have acted on his plans weeks ago if it weren't for the young pixie he had met at the last ball he had been dragged to. After his meeting with the agent known only as Othello, he had accidentally run into Mika, and for some ungodly reason the two of them seemed to understand one another. As he arrived at the gate he saw a flash of white, which could only be one person, and a smile graced his lips.

Mika saw some movemnt a little way ahead of him, and the familar pale, tark clad figure came into view, he smiled, seeing the slight quirk to his friends lips and scampered, his wings tucked back behind him, over towards his most recently made friend. "Loevan!" he called out fairly happily, his voice as quiet as usual, he didnt quite speak in a whisper, but it wasnt that much above one, yet it never sounded like he was trying to be especially quiet. He stopped not far from his very slender friend, his own slightly softer figure showed pu when he was around the darker man.. there was somthing.. strange about Leovan.. he knew that.. but he couldnt help but push it from his mind.. they seemed to think very similarly about a number fo things.. and on the same sort of level.. It was nice to have a friend who understood you. "I'm sorry its taken me so long to get here.." he said with a small smile, "I'm afraid I got a touch lost here and there.." it was good to see his friend again.. letters were nice.. but it was even nicer to talk in person.

Leoven smiled at the pixie, feeling his heart lift a little in a way he hadn't felt in decades. "Yes, the Labyrinth can be treacherous." he said "I still get lost out there sometimes." It would be wonderful to have someone to talk to properly. During his stay in the castle he had learned that he hated Jareth with a silent passion, and as for the morons he had invited from the last ball. Well lets just say he objected heavily to a rather distracted river spirit and a clinically insane man covered in gold.

Mika beamed at the Unseelie, he knew of Leoven's qualms with many of the people who were currently living in the castle... he'd heard about them in the letters he'd received from his fairly unusual pen friend. "So," He stated with a small smile, "Are you going to give me a tour of your..uh.. home away from home..?" he queried, looking up atthe castle, standing fairly close to the unseelie, not quite touching him, but close, and he was reminded again just now easy on the eyes the willowy man was.. he liked the the dark hair, how well it showed up against the pale skin.. he'd never admit to the fact he had possibly been thinking more about the unseelie over the last few weeks that he should have been.. oh no... "Maybe one day you can give me a tour of your home..?" that cheeky little grin was back, he was a pixie after all..

Leoven chuckled softly. Right now, the thought of showing Mika around his homeland sounded like a wonderful idea. If it weren't for the security around the borders he might have considered. "The Unseelie kingdom is rather beautiful at this time of year when the woods are starting to change colour. I think autumn may be my favourite time of year."

Mika beamed up at the unseelie again, "Well, at some point you'll have to show me you.." he curled his arm through Leoven's. "But right now.. I think I'd still like to see around this place.. I've not been in a castle before.." he smiled again.. "Also you need to tell me more about that king.. is he really as weird as you wrote..?" it was nice to spend time with the unseelie again.. "And I kinda want to meet the Asrai.. do you -really- think he managed to stomache a whole night with the Goblin King.. I mean.. those teeth!" The pixie giggled.

Three days had passed and the presence of the beautiful white pixie had done wonders for Leoven's mood. It was not the type of friendship that anyone would consider normal, but in all honesty, Mika was nothing like your average pixie stereotype. They both stayed on opposite ends of the guest wing, he in his usual quarters and Mika in one of the empty rooms that the Unseelie had tidied himself, he didn't ntrust those Goblins, they were too short to make a bed properly.

The room, Mika found, suited him rather well, he liked the fairly plush furnashings, and he liked the squishy carpetting, it was odd little things like that that pleased him. Thus far he had enjoyed his stay in the goblin kingdom emencely, though he was beginning to wonder if goblins could cook anything other than jumbalya... it was nice, he didnt mind it at all, but it was getting repetitive after having it twice a day for three days, ah well! Mika, being a very much morning orientated person woke up very promptly each morning and tended to go for a little explore around the labyrinth, never too far into it though.. just a little way, and this morning he'd even found a more pleasent smelling than usual goblin to go with him, that had made him happy as well, even if the little git had tried to lose him in the crystal grove.. he didnt like goblins, he decided. He had however not seen Leoven today, and this made him slightly jumpy as he'd found a rather pretty purpley red rose like flower that he thought would make a good button hole filler for the Unseelie's rather nice jacket.. That and he wanted to hear a little more about his friend.. he still knew so little of his past.. despite the legnthy letters they had written.. So he decided after waiting a little longer what it was that was keeping his unseelie friend so locked away in his room.

"Why? Why do you hesitate?" said the hooded Drow, Leoven still didn't know his name, only that he was a messenger from the Underdark. They were on the eastern edge of the Labyrinth, a place almost abandoned and away from prying eyes. "The longer we wait, the easier it will be to get caught. Though my life means nothing, I will not let my people be slaughtered without a chance of retaliation!"
"Everything will go as planned, his lordship, my master has ordered us to seize the castle once the Unseelie reinforcements have arrived. Tehre must be no witnesses, and no way for information of what will happen here to leak out back to the King of this cursed place."
"Then we must kill them now, before they suspect. It need not be violent, just poison the wells and wait for death to take it's course."
"It'll be safer once there are more of our kind who can help." said the Unseelie sternly "This place is not safe while it is under the protection of it's spirit. We must find some way of destroying it before we attack. Otherwise all attempts are hopeless."
"Well I suggest you find out how before I suspect you of holding back on purpose." said Siran angrily "The sooner this place is distroyed the sooner I can return to the Drow." and without another word he had disapeared into the pale light of dawn.

Mika pouted slightly as he had not found Leoven in his room as he had thought he might.. where was his friend then..? He sighed.. He still didnt know his way around here very well, and soon he was wandering, slightly lost around one of the lower levels in the castle.. He knew there had to be a stair case around here somwhere.. or a door.. a door! There was one up ahead, but it didnt look very used, come to think of it the passage he'd been following didnt seem to be used very often either.. there had been he odd scuttling noise, and the occasional flash of red eyes, but aside from that.. no.. nothing.. and now this rather old and un-used door.. a secret way in and out..? Wouldnt it be fun if he'd found somthing that had been other wise forgotten! He gave the door a firm shove, and with a surprisingly easy motion, and a large fall of flaked rust, it swung open.. Mika wrinkled hisnose.. he was definately somewhere in the Labyrinth.. he should go back.. but at the same time.. well.. this was just far too interesting. This area seemed to be dark.. rather.. well.. there wasnt the Eyechen growing here for one thing, and the walls looked slightly grimier.. it was darker.. Maybe Eidolon had forgotten to look after this place..? It certainly looked very old indeed... He should go back.. Leoven wasn't going to be here.. but he was so damn curios..

Leoven crept silently along the passageway he had found on one of his many reconaissance trips around the Labyrinth. Jareth had only shown him so much but the huge sprawling maze was quiet simple to navigate once you understood it. It wasn't just abou finding your way, you needed a keen understanding of magic and of your own mind. And after finding this place he wasn't sure which was darker, the passage or his own demons. Still it allowed you cut straight across from the outer wall to the castle dungeons, if only you were bright enough to stumble across it. He was nearly home, when he bumped straight into Mika.

Mika blinked slightly at the appearence, as sudden as it had been, of the UNseelie he'd been looking for.. how odd to find him out here. "Leoven!" He said clearly very surprised, "What on earth are you doing out here..?" he knew that the same question could be applied to own own whereabouts, but he'd simply gotten lost.. he didnt suppose that was what had happened to his friend for a moment. The pixie had stopped moving and was simply peering curiously at his friend, "What are you doing out here..?" He asked with a curious smile, "Its kinda a dark and dingy area dont you think..?" he brushed his fingers over the tops of the velvet trousers he was wearing today, without his usual skirt. "I mean.. there's nothing nice to look at.." he paused for a second before tugging the pretty wine coloured flower from his pocket.. "I picked this for you.." He stepped closer to Leoven, offering him the lovely flower..

Leoven tensed as he recognised the intruder as his friend. Had he been following him? How much had he heard or seen? Of all the things that could happen he didn't want Mika mixed up in this. He just couldn't let that happen, even if it meant going against the plan and waiting until the pixie was safely out of the Labyrinth.
"I wasn't doing anything." he said. "I was just looking around. This place may not be that interesting but I found that it can be quite a good shortcut if you want to get out of here."

Mika shook his head at the Unseelie and stepped a little closer to him, reaching out and tugging at his jacket a little until he was able to poke the stem of the flower though it and lay its straight again. "There, it does go well, I was sure it would.." he smiled up at the Unseelie and fell in place beside him, letting his arms curl around one of Leovens, "I'm not even going to start on how suspicious that abject denial makes you sound, but dont worry, I wont ask anything more either.." he chuckled, "I will say however that if you do try to leave, and frankly this place is so dull I wouldnt blame you.. you'll just have to take me with you.. As fun as it is wathing that little Asrai plead with the gold man not to make him leave, whicle complaining he feels horribly ill, I think I'd rather spend my time with you.." he smiled slightly, "You're just more interesting.. thats all.."
